Great getaway

My daughter and I loved staying at the Gulf Winds Resort overall - friendly people and excellent location right across from beach access! Our particular condo needs some updating, but it was adequate for our short stay.

Spring break

This a perfect location. Right across from the beach. Parking was easy. Condo was well stocked. Walking distance from many restaurants. My only complaint was there was construction going on during our stay. They started working by 8am each day.

Nice place for a visit

Nice place, very good location. Rooms were clean. Couldn’t connect to the Internet. Bathroom is also very small, could barely fit on the toilet. Comfortable beds though. New furniture all nice.

Gulf Winds GREATNESS!

We had a great stay!! We loved the closeness to the beach, the pool right outside our unit!! Fun bars/restaurants in walking distance!! Our unit was clean and nice. Nice to have beach chairs/coolers to use! The only thing we had a problem with was fruit flies in our kitchen area. Not the end of the world!! We will be back!!

Great Location

The location is fantastic-less than a block to the beach! You can see the beach/ocean from the small balcony. There are many places to eat/drink within walking distance. Condo 907 has all of the basics but needs some serious TLC. The furniture and appliances are very old/outdated and showing signs of serious wear and tear. We had an issue with our front door and maintenance was sent out immediately to fix the problem. The pool and grounds are well maintained.

Great property. Unit is dated. Agent is quick to respond and knows property very well. Has a very nice pool. Easy access to the Beach.

Old, but clean

Small living space with a separate bedroom. No washer and dryer close by. Beach access is very close, with food and drinks sold at the entrance. Only one parking space assigned, any other vehicle must park in city owned expensive spaces. Tourists are getting ripped off by city for parking..

Great little condo.

Had everything we needed for a five day stay. Would probably be a little small for 4 adults, but for my wife, 2 young kids and myself it was plenty. Great location right across from Paradise Grill and the beach access. Less than a five minute walk from the room to the sand.

I cannot review this property as this is not where we stayed. As we were traveling to Florida, I received a notice that the owner of this condo was not vacating so our reset had to be changed to a condo we had not seem. I am grateful to the property management For finding us another place at the last minute but not happy with the owner of condo 907 as they had accepted my reservation then change their mind at the last minute.

It was absolutely amazing. Only bad thing is cable was out whole visit.

It was amazing. Great location. Great place. I would most definitely stay again. It would be nice if they get the cable fixed because it was out the whole visit.
