I enjoyed my stay. The kitchen saved me money. I really appreciated the crosswalk across Gulf Blvd to get to the beach. The unit was comfortable and nicely stocked with everything I needed.

Lovely condo, but could use new living room furniture. It was broken down and not very clean. Kitchen could use more utensils, pizza cutter, pizza pan for example.

The Madeira Bay is very well appointed and in a great location. It was very well stocked and had everything we needed for a lovely stay. We were very comfortable. Next time we'll arrange for longer stay.

Enjoyable. Love the location. Being within walking distance of restaurants, shops, beach access, etc. is so convenient. Condo is equipped with more amenities than expected. Pet friendly is a plus.

Individual unit was very nice.

The unit itself was very nice - spacious bathroom, comfortable living area, very nice bed. My only complaints are nitpicks - the bath towels weren’t as large as I prefer and I never found any coffee or filters for the coffee maker (I also didn’t ask). The hallways smelled and felt musty.

Unit was very clean and nice, building wasn't great but tolerable.

Check in was easy, until was nice, short trip amd spent time on the beach right across the street so not much to say.

Beautiful view

This property was perfect with relaxing views of the beach and a short one block walk. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. Can't wait to come back!

Cute condo

I loved my time here. It was across the street from the beach & johns pass was in walking distance . The only complaint I have was the workout room was right above the unit & we could hear people running & slamming weights. Also the pool was closed 7 days out of the 9 days we were there. The balcony’s view of the ocean was super nice . The place itself was well decorated & nice. I would definitely recommend . Everyone at the desk was super friendly . Can’t wait to book my next vacation here🥰

Relaxing

We had a great time here. The pool was warm and welcoming the jacuzzi relaxing. The location was perfect and the condo was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Wouldn’t recommend.

Our experience was not great so we won’t be back unfortunately. Cleanliness was definitely an issue (all the dishes were filthy) and the amount of maintenance problems we had for a four day trip were not acceptable. (Shower water pressure was so high we had to take cold showers with the water trickling so it wouldn’t hurt, fire alarm batteries starting chirping in the middle of the night and had to be changed, bathroom fixtures were not secured to the wall well enough, toilet seat not staying up was an issue for my husband) The pictures were also very misleading because based on those I thought there were two balconies (one Oceanside, one harbor side) and it was only one in the front directly facing another high rise, so the “ocean view” was a small opening past the big building in front of the condo. The road noise was an issue as well. I also thought this unit was in the new building next door, and it was not. The good parts about this were the location was great, easy beach access, and the staff was very friendly. This unit needs some attention to the details though.

Great location, close to everything, beach, shopping and restaurants. Our condo was very spacious and tastefully decorated. Would highly recommend.
