Just as advertised

Nice top floor condo with everything that was needed. No issues and easy check in and out. Good location right across the street from public beach access. Photos provided were spot on.

Friends trip

The property was dirty the counter were all covered in dust. Listing said there was a pool and hot tub no mention of them being closed. Found a cockroach in the bathroom towel it was alive. I have pics of these things just not sure how to post them to verify what I am saying.

We love staying here! The condo has everything you need and more! The owner's have done a wonderful job updating the condo and making it feel like you are in your home away from home. The view from the balcony is amazing!

First time trying out a rental like this, So glad we did. Great location and condo was beautiful. Kitchen stocked well along with other items available for use. Felt like home away from home just with a MUCH better view. A definite A+ visit.

Great place.

Everything about our stay was lovely. The unit is very nice, the view is perfect, and the location is great. Will definitely rent here again.

Ideal location!

We enjoyed our stay quite a bit and the location truly could not be beat. We had an amazing view of the beach /ocean/sunset. I felt like the check in process was a bit more complicated than necessary, when they could’ve just emailed the door code instead of doing in person/lockbox check in. It was nice that the condo came with beach supplies to borrow, but we were disappointed to find no beach towels. When traveling out of town, needing to pack towels is quite an inconvenience. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, though we wish it could’ve been a bit more accommodating/convenient.

Great Stay

It was the perfect weekend getaway. Everything went fine, from booking to check in to check out. Only problem was the the ceiling fan in the master bedroom did not work but there was a floor fan that we used instead. Would highly recommend this unit. Beautiful view from the balcony. Would stay again.

No regrets

As 1st time travelers we were very nervous to book online. This property was advertised well and drew us in. It was better than our expectations. 1st of all it was easy to find. Easy parking. Easy check in process. Probably the best room in the building for the view. The room was clean and stocked with basic supplies and a little extra. Everyone was super friendly. Even the Maintenance man was awesome. Our our car wouldn't start when morning and he was able to give us a boost and get us going. We loved it so much we booked again for the next year and planned on making this a yearly event. You won't be sorry the beach is beautiful the little shops are sweet And within easy walking distance. Over all I can't say enough good.

Great View of the Ocean.

This unit was perfectly located across from access to the beach and John's Pass. It was clean and had all the essentials. The best attribute was the view of the ocean. We saw dolphins from the Balcony and bedroom window every day of our 6 day trip. I would stay again.

Loved it!

We fell in love with Maderia Beach and this condo during our visit. The condo was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family. We loved the area that it was in! We hope to visit again and would 100% rent the same place!

A true gem

This 2 bedroom condo is spotless, spacious, comfortable and the view of the Gulf is ahhhhhhmazing! We had a wonderful time in Madeira Beach!

Great Location

The place is a perfect location to walk to most everything. Clean, peaceful and right across the street from beach access. Our condo had the best view (610). One thing the condo could use are beach towels. If someone is traveling a long distance to the location they won’t pack them.

Amazing stay and location

The condo was perfect location to Johns pass which had great food, water sports, water tours, bars, restaurants & watching the dolphins jump out of the water around 6 pm every night. Was about a 5-7 min walk to johns pass if that. Great family beach and just the perfect location with the perfect condo. We had a ocean front view and it was super relaxing. The condo was very clean and we loved everything about it
