Fantastic

This condo is roomy and has everything you need. We stayed in it for a girls weekend and it was perfect. The bedrooms are large and the whole condo was very clean. We love the location. You can walk to many restaurants and stores. The only downside, which is minor, is that there are not many outlets. We will be back.

A fantastic getaway!!

Our stay at here was everything we were hoping for. The unit was amazing, clean & spacious. The balcony views were fantastic and the location to surrounding attractions & restaurants was perfect. Would definitely recommend this place and hope we can revisit sooner than later!

Home on the beach

This condo has a great view and is very spacious. The kitchen was adequate. The beds were good. There are plenty of beach chairs/toys. The thing that we appreciated a lot were the recliners, made us feel right at home. It’s a short walk to John’s pass one way and Crabbys on the beach the other way. There are several other restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. We would stay here again.

After the wedding

We were guests with a few extra days. Wish we could have stayed longer! Comfortable accommodations. Nice pool and hot tub. Ocean toys and chairs..great view! On trolley line. Small store across street provides basics so no need to have a car for short stays. May rent this exact spot again😊

A huge group of unruly, mean, VERY LOUD nasty Cuban families. Took over the pool area, BBQ area and

A huge very loud , nasty, unruly group of Cuban families took over the pool area, BBQ grills and area. Kids were hitting my granddaughter . We never were even able to use the pool . They were terribly rude, nasty and very loud. Took over the elevators, went right in front of us to get in while we waited. The maintenance man had to clean up their big messes by the pool. We were very disappointed that they over ran the condo. The police even had to be called for them. Wish somebody from your office was there to witness it.

Summer vacation

My family, and I stayed here for our summer vacation. We love Madeira!! This home was everything we needed, and more. Perfect location to everything!! Walking distance to John’s Pass, and Candy kitchen. We walked every night to get ice cream. The perfect ending to each beautiful beach day. From the ocean views, to the bedrooms, this house had it all. My family, and I plan to return very soon!!

Excellent location great property

Title says it all. This property is excellent. We have stayed here 2 years in a row and love this unit. The views and location can’t be beat.

Great views of the gulf and sunsets…

Loved the layout of the condo…spacious and comfortable. Corner unit so the balcony gave us wonderful sunset views. Lovely grounds and pool. An older building but extremely well maintained. Perfect for a reunion with my St. Pete High School friends from the Class of 1955!😊We all know the beaches of St.Pete well…would recommend this unit to all.

Great

The location, condo, and view were great. The beach wasn't crowded and a great central location. The walls are thin and we could hear every footstep in the unit above us. We also didn't realize the unit did not have a clothes washer/dryer. It was listed in the amenites so we assumed they were in the unit. We caught this the day before and brought extra clothes and didn't need to wash anything. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again

The views are great from this room and its nice to be right on the beach. Parking was amazing and the location to come and go from this area is so easy. It was nice to have laundry just a few steps away, The pool could be a little bigger but it was clean and very well kept.I would absolutely stay here again.

Great room at a great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at Sea Breeze and we love it. The beach at this spot is great, location to shops, convenient and grocery stores is easy to get too. The little things like a garbage shoot in the hallway is great. The room was clean and had everything we needed for the beach that we couldn’t easily pack for our flight. There’s only 2 things we don’t like about Sea Breeze that the condo owners should bring up at their meetings and that’s gate access. I get you want to restrict only those staying there to use the facility, and this makes sense to enter the pool area however to enter and exit the beech area is a pain especially when it’s next door to public beech access, anyone can go in and out the facility without using the gate, we often went that route rather then dealing with the code as our hands are full. It also doesn’t make any sense to require the code to leave the pool area, you wouldn’t be in there if you didn’t use it to get in and if you weren’t supposed to be there you’d just hop over the gate. Trying to leave the pool area when it’s dark you’ll need a flash light to find the letters and numbers for the code entry. The other complaint is the single elevator and how horribly slow it is. Everyone’s always waiting. If your not carrying a lot then I highly recommend the stairs, at least going down.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property accommodated or party and the condo was spacious and easy to get around. The view was lovely. However, there was no washer and dryer in the unit as advertised. Since we packed light with that expectation, it was costly and inconvenient. The carpet was vacuumed but needed to be replaced or shampooed as it was black on the carpet path. The elevator was extremely slow and a little scary as to creating it would breakdown any minute.
