We love staying at Sea Breeze, the location is perfect. Kids loved swimming in the pool and walking to Johns Pass. 7 Eleven across the street for last minute needs is convenient. For this unit you have to grab the keys and drop them off from another location but that was no big deal since it was so close to the condo, just different from other rentals we have stayed in. Condo was clean. Thanks!

We truly enjoyed our stay here at SeaBreeze 203! The space was pretty clean, and the photos represent the place very well. The view was amazing. It is super close to the water, and in this area, some places are a *hike*. The pool was clean and due to the inclement weather, that's where we spent most of our time. It's quiet and not a party place, which is what we prefer for our vacations. Other residents who stayed there were polite and respectful. The only thing I could say this place needs is a little updating. but those are superficial items that barely need mentioning, Our joy came from spending time on the balcony listening to the ocean and the central location for getting around to eat and do things. Fun place

Nice place to stay. This was our 2nd year staying in this room. Love that it is on the 2nd floor so taking the stairs isnt so daunting.

Great Stay great view

Place was great! Great view. Had everything we needed for 5 days. Our stay was wonderful and we would come back again. Only downfall was we were told the pool would be up and running by the beginning of December but when we showed up the end of December it wasn't close to being ready. I understand the hurricane and it not being open but better communication about it would have been nice. Thanks

Excellent Location to John’s Pass

Although the outside of the property is a bit worn and needs work the inside is amazing! We loved the accommodations and enjoyed every minute. Pool was working and heated! Right on the beach and across from John’s Pass. Great location for teenagers

Loved the location and the property was nicely kept. The pillows were not comfortable at all and shud be replaced. The tv in the master bedroom did not work. Other than those items, it was a pleasant stay.

Condo was very nice, great neighborhood and gorgeous views of the gulf! Rental was very clean and perfect for our family. We will definitely be back.

Great weekend getaway

The condo is a little bare bones but comfortable and met our needs. We spent most of our time outside by the pool or on the beach, so we really were only there to sleep. The unit was clean and the check in process was easy. Location is great as we were able to walk to many restaurants and shops at John's Pass.

Needs some updating. We struggled with key/locks everytime we used. The blinds going out to the patio would only open maybe halfway even if we made sure they were all turned the same direction and then a blind would fall off, I think 3 or 4 fell off. We were without hot water for 3 days-not acceptable at all and feel we need to be compensated for that. We had 18 family members staying at this complex and that was a major inconvenience for that long of a time frame. We all love the area and will probably come back, but it needs some work. Check in was very easy.

Nice getaway

Just a 4 day getaway with my daughters. Have been coming to Mad Beach for years. Sea breeze has always been my favorite place to stay. Close to everything love the pass and the beach. Only complaint is the beds are hard but overall a good place.

We had a great time! The view from our balcony couldn't have been better! We were even able to see dolphins every morning while enjoying our coffee! We loved how so many shops and restaurants were in walking distance. The location is outstanding!

Place was great! We love Seabreeze for many reasons. It is within walking distance to Johns Pass and Caddys and this unit is located on the second floor. We only used the elevators for unloading and loading our car. We stocked with kitchen gear and it had an amazing view. This place was perfect for the price and convenience to everything. I loved the pre check in and we even got an early check in which allowed us to enjoy more of the beach. Seabreeze is one of the only condos that allows you to enjoy the property before check in and from my experience and talking to others, this is a huge plus when booking. We will be back to this Condo and with this rental company. They were very professional and nice. Thank you for making our vacation wonderful!!!!

Sea Breeze - Great location, quiet beach

This place is great! The location is perfect- right on the beach, views of sunset, and walking distance to once to John’s pass. The only issue was that the elevator didn’t work for a couple of days but we used the stairs (the place is on the second floor). The beach isn’t overly crowded- room to spread out and throw a ball without hitting anyone. There were some chairs in the closet but they were camp chairs, not beach chairs. The kitchen was dated but overall clean. We had a great time!

Perfect Place

Great location , walking distance to John’s Pass and several restaurants and bars , awesome view , super easy beach access, has a great little pool and hot tub to hang out at . We loved it , definitely will stay again!
