Great location!

I love coming to this beach, it is so quiet and not crowded at all. Easy walk to great food and night life options.

Loved our stay!

Great location! Clean room, clean pool, great beach!! Lots of pool and beach accessories to use. Kitchen was well stocked. Could use a few more towels for the bathroom and beds were not the most comfortable, but overall we loved it and would definitely go back!!

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay! The room was spotless, spacious and we loved how close it was to the beach and pool since it was on the first floor. Very close to John's pass as well. Our only complaint is that remembering all of the codes was very tricky (there's a code to access the stairwell, the elevator, the pool, and in and out of the beach). Sometimes the codes worked and sometimes they didn't. This seemed to be a common complaint amongst all guests at the resort. Otherwise, we absolutely loved our stay!!

Time for some R and R

A lovely unit in a great location. My recommendations would be to have a Keurig coffee pot, sample size dish soap and two dish towels. Hope to stay here again one day.

Apartment has challenges getting cooled below 76 degrees but otherwise a fantastic view and location . When walking in was little musty smelling but as we cooled it down from 80 degrees for a little better. All in all amazingly large with great views . The rental agent felt like a visiting court where there was an overwhelming list of rules. The property has automated locks and you can’t leave without a picture of the codes , bit of hassle . Price was fair for similar views

Overall, we had a great experience. The unit was as shown and as expected, which was great. Loved the corner with the more open porch and windows on the side (especially the last night with no AC). Nice kitchen and well-stocked for what we needed. Pool/hot tub nice. Bocci court fun (played a few times with our grandkids). Plenty of parking.

Location and view were awesome! Sliding doors did not lock but wasn't an issue just used a stick to hold the door locked when we were out.

Perfect beach condo

Great location! Great view! Fully stocked kitchen. Condo is very big. The facility’s grounds are well maintained. Elevator is very slow, so we used the stairs more often. Condo overall was clean but could use a thorough cleaning under beds, floors and baseboards.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This condo was very large for a 2bed/2bath! Overlooking the beach and pool. It was almost perfect.

Never again....

We have stayed in this area for vacation every year for most of my life. We were drawn to the beautiful view and beaches. That is the only part I would recommend. Shortly after checking in, we realized the door to the unit would not lock. While my husband waited for management to come to assist us, I took a shower and promptly slipped and fell in the shower, thankfully falling on my butt rather than hitting my head on the glass and tile in the shower. Whoever cleaned it left a very slippery surface. Both my husband and I are marathon runners and very active, and thankful it was me and not my parents who regularly travel with us. When I mentioned to the management there literally was no reaction, not even an "oh my gosh are you ok?" literally nothing...... The door continued to be an issue but we opted to not have it fixed while we were there as it was interfering with our brief time on the beach. I am not sure why they didn't make sure it was working prior to our or other person's staying in the unit. There were molding missing in several rooms, tile that was cracked, and 2 very old and dirty and worn chairs that were beyond disgusting to look at let alone think to sit on in the bedrooms. The pocket door to the "master bathroom" was not functional, it would not come out of the wall. We had to buy beach towels while we were there, which is the first time ever in my life that I've stayed at a rental that didn't provide beach towels, and 2 of the 5 beach chairs were broken. The last full day we were there...we received a call while we were on the beach indicting a new refrigerator was being delivered. Not only were we not told this was happening, but we were told the person was there already, and either we needed to go up and let him in to do the installation or management would need to do which I clearly got the impression this was not preferred. We quickly packed up our stuff, left our young adult boys on the beach, and headed up. 10 minutes tops. When we got to our unit, the door was opened and the maintenance person was working on the unit already. We did not give him or anyone permission to enter our unit without our permission, and when we addressed this with management, there didn't appear to be any issue from their end. We had money, laptops, etc all laying out and vulnerable to whoever was in the unit without us. Nothing has happened to compensate us. Extremely disappointed. Never again.

Will never stay with this company again.

The only really good thing about this place was the location. We enjoyed the view very much. The pool and beach were good. As far as the condo, they only provide one garbage bag, 1 roll of toilet paper, very little hand soap, and no dishwasher soap, but want all dishes clean and put away. We called the office and were told you would have to buy all of this stuff yourself. Everywhere else I've stayed, this has been provided as a courtesy. Also saw an unexpected roommate the last night and couldn't sleep wondering how many friends were with him. It was a huge cockroach.

Not as described in the listing

While this was a spacious 2 bedroom/bath condo and the location was good - the condo is very dated and in need of a deep cleaning. There were crumbs on the floor under the dining table and lots of sand through out. The listing states that the kitchen is newly remodeled but the refrigerator is very rusted on the front. Also says there is new brown leather furniture in the living room which there was not. The dishes that were in the cabinet were dirty-looked like they had just been rinsed and put back in the cabinet. We spoke to the TRS office about the conditions and were told someone from VRBO would contact us - we never got a call. I wondered why there were only 2 reviews-wonder if this one will get deleted.

Great condo!

Location is perfect, can walk right out onto the beach. Easy 10 min walk along the beach down to the boardwalk for restaurants and shopping. Condo was larger than I thought it would be, lots of space for our family of 4.

Spacious condo
