All around great experience

Tropical Oasis in the desert

A little hidden gem in a very small, cute complex with an elaborate waterfall & lake system feature running throughout the complex. There are not a lot of full time residents here. Great location & very friendly landlord.

Great location and wonderful setup for two couples

We’re two couples in our 30’s and stayed at the condo for Coachella Weekend 2! The location was great, the home itself had everything we needed, and we would definitely stay here again. Honestly having somewhere to sleep in AC and shower after being in the dust all day was worth every dollar. Plus the grounds are beautiful and we loved sitting on the patio in the mornings and checking eveything out. The property owner Kelly was great as well! Thank you!

Great location

Located walking distance to Stagecoach Festival. Very comfortable. The property managers were very accessible and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great!

Quiet and Comfortable

This property is honestly fantastic. I have stayed at many others over the past 10 years of attending Coachella, and this was by far the best updated, most accommodating place I have stayed. There is some red tape in regards to the HOA, but nothing unreasonable. Can't beat the distance to the festival. We were joking, can we sign a three day a year lease?

Super nice condo with a great view

We absolutely loved this condo. Very clean and oh so cute. The neighborhood is great and the view from the balcony onto the pond fantastic. Everything was super easy and the owner nice and very responsive. Would love to stay there again when we are back in the area. A+++++

Fantastic hosts

I had a wonderful stay at Quail Lakes. Andy and Kelly were is friendly and accommodating. The house had everything I needed to create a wonderful home away from home.

Fabulous owners and a rental in paradise

This place is a hidden gem. Immaculate, peaceful, lovely, well appointed rental with the nicest, most thoughtful owners ever. It's in a very convenient, safe, gated area. The pool, spa and lazy river for the ducks were so nice. Tennis courts and basketball area was available too. Can't wait to return!

This complex is extremely quiet & tranquil and close to everything. Great free, live and outdoor music on Friday and Saturday nights just a few miles away at Fantasy Springs Casino - Rock yard.
