A Beautiful Stay in Indio

My husband and I stayed for 10 days at this property. We found everything perfect and accurate in every way according to the listing. Jean responded immediately to us with any question we had during our stay. Cleanliness and communication are always at the top of my list when I book a rental and I wasn't disappointed in the least. Well stocked, lovely decor, peaceful surroundings. I'd recommend highly and I have it on our list of homes to return to.

Really nice house and a wonderful stay. Comfy beds and a good layout. Wouldn’t consider it walking distance to stagecoach. You can park at front gate entrance ($20) and with a brisk walk it is 40 min to festival grounds each way. Only access to festival is out front gate, no entry/exit from side gates in residential neighborhood.

Nice property

Clean with nice bedrooms and facilities. One recommendation supply renters with transponder to enter area w/o going thru front gate Use of all entryways would speed up travel.

Very comfortable stay even in a heat wave!

This place was exactly as pictured! We arrived for our vacation just as a major heat wave hit the area (think 110-119 for three days in a row!) and so we had to pivot from our outdoor sightseeing plans and stay at the home most of the time. We are so glad we chose this home because I can't think of a better place as a substitute for our vacation. The neighborhood is quiet, the amenities were clean (this was during the height of Covid) and all the furnishings were top notch. We are hoping to return this summer!

Great Property!

We have travelled throughout the US and internationally staying in many short-term rentals and this is one of the best. The listing is totally accurate, the property is sparkling clean, the owners are quick to answer questions and totally honest, and the home is very comfortable. How wonderful to have THREE king-size bedrooms two of which are en-suite and the third has a full bath just outside its door. The kitchen is stocked better than ANY kitchen of ANY short-term rental we have stayed in—pots/pans, utensils/knives, spices, basics such as oils...it even has a salad-spinner! And do not be turned off by the acceptance of pets (upon approval) as you would not know any pet has ever been in the home! The location is in Indio which isn’t as convenient as Palm Desert or La Quinta but it is still easy to get wherever you need to go. (We visited the zoo, botanic gardens, aerial tram, hiked the Araby Trail & others, did El Paseo, and also went to the McCallum Theater for a great show.).

Perfect Escape!

This home is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures! Very clean home with updated amenities, great patio/pool area, located in a country club gated neighborhood. It's a ten minute car ride to La Quinta and 20 minutes to Palm Springs. All the local necessities are within 5-15 minutes away: Starbucks, In&Out, Urgent Care, Walgreens, CVS, Walmart Supercenter. The hosts are very responsive to any questions or concerns we had, they were great to deal with during our stay. The home is fully stocked with everything you'll need for a great stay. We found everything we needed as far as the kitchen goes, you'll need to bring a blowdryer if you use one. We stayed here over Christmas and paid for the pool heater to be on, glad we did or we wouldn't have been comfortable getting in it. The sun never fully hit the pool during this time so the heater was essential. There are 2 fire pit tables and a lamp heater on the patio. This made sitting outside at night very comfortable. I would book this home again when visiting this area.

Lovely home

Very nice golf getaway with our boys and their wives. Love the area, home is very nice and tidy. Small pool is sweet.

Wonderful Home!

We had an amazing time staying here! Jean was incredible to work with and appreciated the quick responses to any questions I had. The pool was perfect for us to enjoy during the hot temps. The house was very comfortable to relax and enjoy our vacation.

Great weekend getaway!

Loved the place. Was in good condition and as described in the website. The pool and backyard lounge area were great for mellow relaxing and the master bedroom king bed was comfy. We paid to heat the pool and was well worth it. The kitchen is huge and well stocked. The only negative was the firepit had no propane so it didnt work, unlike in the pictures. There was a note on the empty tank indicating where a new propane refill could be purchased close by, but it would have been nice to note in the online listing that the customer is responsible for buying the propane for the firepit. Other than that, great place, great location and I would stay here again.

Our mini vacay was awesome. The house was beautiful, clean and very comfy. We loved the pool, patio area, kitchen, livingroom - the entire house. The area was quiet and relaxing. The bedrooms were also comfy - everything was very clean. The owners were very friendly and easy to contact. It was a lovely vacay!!!

House was amazing. Clean, had everything you needed in kitchen, plus more.. and jean was the best host I have experienced. Since COVID this is our 4th vacation home and Jean is by far the best from communicating to making you feel at home and comfortable!

Hidden gem in Indio

This place was amazing in a gated community with a private pool. We spent 4 days here with my family of 5 (3 kids) and it had everything we needed and super clean. Jean was great with communication. We will definitely be back!! Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Fabulous home offering comfort, relaxation and everything needed!

Immensely enjoyed our stay in Jean & Alex's home! Our family needed a get away amidst the COVID pandemic and their home had everything to keep us comfortable, relaxed and happy. The home layout is fantastic offering a large, accommodating open plan with 3 large bedrooms with 2 attached bathrooms, 1 guest bath. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with anything & everything one could need as well as all bar accessories. There are toys and games to enjoy plus a large living room to relax. Bonus, indoor laundry room with everything you need too. The backyard provided comfort with a small pool and outdoor seating backing a peaceful water belt with wildlife. The community is gated and very quiet. Owners were extremely responsive to any questions or needs as well. We definitely plan to be back!

Beautiful property!

Beautifully decorated home! Really enjoyed the refreshing pool and comfy beds after a day In the sun. Golf course is convenient and well-priced- husband golfed twice! Quiet neighborhood. Hosts were easy to communicate with. We would stay here again.

This property is the closest property to the Coachella and Stagecoach festival grounds. It is quiet, safe and serene. Our home is new and set up for quality and comfortable stays. Three high end king size beds and three bathrooms for each guest ensures privacy and comfort for everybody in the house. The gourmet kitchen has anything you could possible need, just check out our reviews!

Our backyard is on a beautiful water feature and in the morning you can watch the ducks splash around! There is a also a large turtle who likes to sunbathe on the rocks. An absolute oasis!! You can grill in the evenings on our extra large stainless steel Weber BBQ and sit around the granite fire pit and enjoy the heated pool and the palm trees. Very quiet and private! Plenty of parking in the garage and in the driveway. Three very large bedrooms and three bathrooms to ensure privacy for all guests. High speed internet, apple tv and cable with local and sports channels for the tv lovers. A luxury kitchen with everything you could possibly need!
