Great time in Myrtle Beach

We enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for a family of 5. Owner was courteous and responsive through booking process.

Wonderful Time

We had a wonderful time at Holiday Inn south Beach Resort. The location was perfect, rooms nice, clean & accomodating. Lot's of pools and great for families with children. Our host Craig was the best. Wonderful to deal with! Hope to visit Myrtle Beach again. Thank you Craig! Tina G

Would Stay Here Again!!!!

Listing was exactly as described! Many pools and amenities to choose from. There is a shuttle to the beach or a short walk. Staff were very nice. Craig and as excellent to communicate with. The kids all agree one of their favorite places they have stayed. Would definitely book again. Also really close to miniature golf, a par three golf course, and a disc golf course.

Family vacation at the beach!

The whole process was flawless. The owner was easy to communicate with. The unit was awesome. Plenty of space, very clean, and very comfortable. Could use some more cookware, but no big deal.

Wonderful

We traveled to Myrtle Beach for a youth baseball tournament. The resort was great, pools, water slides and beach. Gas grills to barbecue and lots of outdoor activities. The unit was large and clean. Dealing with Craig was great. He responded with answers to questions quickly and followed up to make sure everything was all set. If we return for another tournament I would definitely look to rent this space again from Craig.

First time guests

The check-in process was easy & fast. The condo was beautiful & very clean! The appliances worked great so we were able to cook a lot in the condo, & they provided us with some essentials like paper towels, dish liquid, detergent, & toilet paper which I have never had in any other condo I stayed in. We had a leak with the kitchen faucet & they sent a repairman fast, he fixed it quick. It’s located 1 mile from the airport, a few miles from Market Commons & close to Walmart as well as Broadway at the Beach. Lots of great restaurants are very close by as well. The pool & lazy river were the best! This is THE place to stay to be close to everything!

Great stay

First time coming to Myrtle Beach, and while being honest I don't think it's my kind of town, but the property was perfectly lovely. Got a great location that is just minutes from everything. The building grounds are well maintained. Lots of pools that never seem to be too crowded. Only issue we had during our stay was the elevator went down once, but they got it fixed in a timely manner. It is a time share property, so be prepared to hear the pitch, but all the sales people were super friendly and professional, didn't bother us at all. If you are staying with a kiddo I highly recommend looking up Savannah's Playground. It is just a short drive from the property and it was an incredible free playground.

Holiday Club Vacations: South Beach Resort, Building D, Unit 401...ocean view!

The best advantage of being assigned to Room 401 in Building D, besides the level of comfort (central air and ceiling fans) and luxury (six bed pillows of different density on each bed, and three TVs!) of this well-maintained 2BR/2BA unit, is the view of the ocean! It truly enhanced our stay. This building overlooks it's own garden property, then the main road, then the resort's private beach pavilion with restrooms and another pool, and then the beach! The staff is extremely attentive and prompt to address any issues including maintenance or simply, "Where's the best place for ribs?", which of course would be answered with, "Damon's, across the street!" Parking was convenient, just outside our building's elevator door. You can use the unit's phone to reach another unit or the front desk, etc. Pool towels are provided. There is a nice bar located alongside one of the pools. They offer daily special drinks, no snacks or grille. There are vending machines throughout the property and many, many restaurants walking and short-driving distances. Myrtle Beach International Airport is adjacent to the property and we found it very exciting to watch the commercial and sometimes military jets take off (photo op when you are in the pool!) The flights do not continue into the night. The beautiful units and common grounds, the pools, kiddie pools, water tubes/slides, and two lazy rivers made this one of our best southern vacations. We hardly noticed the heat and humidity! We plan on revisiting again someday! Shout Out to Craig for posting his property so we could enjoy it! Great communication (friendly and quick to respond) and a very smooth transaction.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful vacation in Myrtle Beach at South Beach Resort. The property was beautiful, clean and centrally located. We enjoyed all of the amenities, especially the lazy river and water playground. The property owner was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend!

Excellent!

Beautiful property and awesome accommodations! Huge condo with 2 bedrooms w/ king beds, jacuzzi tub, kitchen, living room and full dining area! Excellent communication with the renter, Craig. Ocean view and a 3 minute walk to the beack! We loved the pools. We've been to Myrtle Beach numerous times, but will stay at this location again for sure!

Beach vacation

We had a great time at South Beach resort in Myrtle Beach. The property was beautiful, had easy beach access, and full of things to do. My family enjoyed swimming in the pools, lazy river, and the kids loved playing on the water playground. The property owner was helpful and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend it, as we had such a great experience.
