Initially communication was excellent however once we arrived to the house communication was poor. A phone call and two text messages were sent to Mike regarding TVs and he failed to respond. Checkout was at 10am however the cleaning people arrived at 9:30. We thought it was unreasonable to be asked to strip linens from beds and start a wash with linens and towels, take all garbage from house and put in the trash. What is the purpose of a cleaning fee of 350? All dishes and utensils had to be washed before using and shelves in closets needed to be dusted before putting clothes on them. The house is lovely, comfortable, and centrally located. The house

Amazing stay!!!

Everything about the house, location and communication regarding the rental was top notch, if we had questions or needed anything all we had to do was contact the numbers provided. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Beachy Wonderful!

Absolutely loved this VRBO! Very open and inviting! Great location so close to everything! 20 minutes to Sanibel Island and beautiful park just down the street! The information book was a huge plus! These owners thought of everything! Even gave a reminder text so we wouldn’t forget the garbage schedule! Very helpful! Loved the pool area and beds were soooo comfortable! Thank you, The Hoss family

Nice place

It’s a nice quiet neighborhood, close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Pool and patio are inviting. Kitchen is spacious and well stocked. Everything was clean. Master bath could use an update, but everything was in working order. Management was very prompt in response to inquiries and requests.

Great house. Had everything we meeded

The house is stocked with almost everything you need. Nice decor and extra details throughout the house. I read on another review about the place needing something to block out lights at night. That’s still a problem. The landscape lights are right outside the windows of all bedrooms. My daughter and I had to buy sleep masks for this stay after the first night of little sleep. Blackout curtains would be advised

Nice place

The house was in a great neighborhood with easy access to the main drag. Furniture and beds comfortable (bed pillows not so much). Arrived to full garage/recycling bins and a few items in a couple draws. Otherwise very clean. Kitchen had all the kitchenware we needed for meal prep. We’d rent again.

Attentive Property Owners

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property. First and foremost, the property management was very attentive with excellent communication regarding every need…check-in, check-out, trash routine, etc. I never once had to request any information or ask any questions because they were very proactive in providing it up front. The house was clean and equipped upon our arrival. The family/living room area is wonderful…updated, open, and bright! The bedrooms do have old carpeting where replacement would be a nice upgrade, and there are no room darkening shades/curtains so you are up with the sun. The outdoor space is good. The back is fully enclosed which was nice for our small dog to walk around and even throw a ball on the artificial turf along the side. The only downside, with no fault to the owner, is that the pool was in the shade the entire day. The lounging area around the pool received full sun but not the pool. This could be due to the fact that we were there in January and the sun isn’t high enough in the sky to clear the roof line. It is very obvious that the home owners are very conscientious, take pride in their home (as they should), and want to please their guests. Recommend this home for families with kiddos.

Amazing stay once again.

We loved this place so much that we came back for vacation again this year! This property is amazing. Very clean, lots of space, and the pool! All the amenities you need away from home. Proximity to stores and beaches (once they reopen) is also perfect. This is a new family tradition and we will be back! Thank you beachy keen & Mike Z rentals!!

Amazing Stay in Bonita Springs!

This house was wonderful, and the host was terrific. The description and pictures match the house exactly. The house was clean and well stocked, with all the basic amenities. Moreover, the pool in the back was clean and well maintained. We had an excellent stay, and we highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Bonita Springs area.

Fantastic location. Beautiful dwelling.

This property’s is only a few minutes down the street from Barefoot beach and Bonita Beach. In addition, it’s only 35 minutes from the Sanibel causeway and 25 minutes from fort myers beach. Perfect location and the amazing pool is a bonus. Can’t miss with this one.
