Beautiful Home by the Bay

The property was just as listed and provided all the amenities needed. Beautifully decorated and very homey. The master bed is a bit hard to get into due to its height but very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great location near Herrington Harbour!

Just returned after a wedding at Herrington Harbour. Very cute house and perfect location. We loved all the little touches and were so happy we could bring our dog. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Lovely Home!

We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect house for our needs. It was spacious, clean, and relaxing. The communications with the property manager were easy and helpful—and they even helped us scoot into the house early to get ready for our wedding rehearsal. Highly recommend!

Family gathering

We came to North Beach for an unexpected funeral. We were able to stay at Dawn's place and it totally met our expectations! Two couples and a sister and nephew. Loved the back porch were we able to gather and told fun old family stories! The house was perfect for our needs!

Best stay ever

This lovely home with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of seating offered everything we needed and was just a few blocks from the kids' sailing camp. Memorializing the beloved parents/grandparents whose home it was, this rental was well beyond our expectations. Truly lovely.

Wonderful!

If you’re looking for fancy fancy, this is not the place. If you’re looking for a wonderful house, full of memories and good vibes, this is definitely your place. We stayed with our family and kept our boat at Herrington Harbour and just had the best time I will definitely be staying there again this summer. I’m passing this on to all of my family. A hidden gem.

Very comfortable home in a beautiful location.

We had my wife and I and our two adult sons for a wedding weekend at Herrington On The Bay. This was perfect. Very comfortable and a great location to the wedding venue.

The house spacious

The house was nice and spacious. Access was easy given the location of the lockbox. However, when we first opened the house it needed to be ventilated. It had a musty odor as a result of the humid summer in the area.

Nice stay

We had a very nice stay at this property. It was clean, peaceful and had a well-equipped kitchen. The screened in patio was especially nice. We recommend this place for a family outing and we will stay here again in the future.

Great Getaway in Rosehaven

Capt Quarter's is our favorite place to stay in Rosehaven! My family loved staying there while in town for a family reunion. Highly recommend!

Nice home away from home

We very much enjoyed the house. We had everything we needed. Kitchen cabinets and drawers are labeled for quick and easy access. Living room is super cozy. Walking distance to Ketch 22 which is a great restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating and a great menu. Herrington Harbour is close but is members only with a 2 yr waiting list. North Beach is about 8-10 min drive and is a lovely little sleeper beach town! Master BR mattress needs to be replaced as it’s sunken in the middle. Guessing that’s a very recent issue since we didn’t see any other comments about it.

A beautiful, well-furnished, safe, comfortable home

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home in Rose Haven. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and safe. The home is a block from the bay, and three blocks from the marina, restaurant, and very good deli. I also enjoyed North Beach, a charming resort town with a beautiful boardwalk, fishing pier, and beach. Before my stay began I was sent a much appreciated list of places to see, activities and restaurants. The manager was always immediately available if I had any questions. Very fast, reliable Wifi. It was a perfect place to stay while I explored Annapolis, Washington DC, Alexandria, and towns along the Chesapeake Bay.

Wedding Weekend in Herrington on the Bay

Lovely stay in well kept, spacious, and convenient home. We were in North Beach/Rose Haven for a wedding at Herrington on the Bay. This home is only about 3 blocks from the resort, so an easy walk to the resort, Ketch22, and more. We only had 3 adults, but the house and living space is open and would easily feel comfortable for a full house.. Of course this was a November event, and a chilly weekend so we did not avail ourselves of the back porch or grounds, and with wedding events were kept pretty busy. But this is a comfortable and cozy home. Additionally, we had originally booked another home in Rose Haven that had subsequently been put on the market by the owners before our stay. Dawn, the property manager found us this home and the owners were very kind and made special accommodations for us, that were much appreciated! Thank you to both the owners and property manager.

Family Wedding

A great location and a good space for having our extended family get together. Lots of amenities as listed but the one disappointment was the miscommunication about linens. If I hadn’t contacted the host a few days in advance we might not have had any sheets and towels. I was told we must provide our own linens but the signed agreement listed them as included. This should be corrected for future guests. Communication with the host was always timely. Thanks, the Bushmans

I would have rated the listing a 5 but we had to bring our own sheets, towels and “soap”! We have used VRBO around the world and this was the first time I had to supply my own linens!!

Quaint and cozy
