Our villa is located in the wilderness, in the magnificent Estérel mountain range, on a huge wooded plot (6941 m2) where the song of the cicadas mingles with the murmur of the wind. An exceptionally large swimming pool (12.5 x 6 m), surrounded by an elegant regulatory fence for the protection of children, allows you to cool off at will. A splendid south-facing terrace, on which you will enjoy sunbathing and cooking tasty meals on a top-of-the-range plancha, dominates the landscape. Very spacious (160 m2), rustic style, perfectly maintained and equipped with all modern comforts, the house has a lot of charm. Our guests are always satisfied. Unfortunately, this was not the case for this lady, who seems to have had a bad dream... I must tell the truth: none of the accusations that are made in this review are true. This guest put us through real hell by complaining throughout her stay about problems that did not exist. We lost endless hours with her on imaginary problems and in compensation for which she demanded a substantial refund which we of course refused her. This lady had the audacity to complain vehemently that her mother's bedroom had been invaded by bed bugs. It was wrong. There hadn’t been the slightest infestation of anything and the room was perfectly clean! Bed bug infestations are extremely rare in the countryside. The person who takes care of our summer rentals checked the room meticulously twice and found only three insects, which is normal for a villa in the wilderness. It is also false that the bedroom in question had been unoccupied for years. It is permanently occupied every summer and gives full satisfaction! The description of the villa on the VRBO website does not specify that there are air conditioners. In case of strong heat, however, the house remains cool thanks to a good thermal insulation of the roof and provided that the doors and windows remain closed to prevent the heat from entering. The villa manual is a bit long as it is bilingual. Everything is translated into English, which our foreign guest appreciate very much. It contains all the needed information for a pleasant stay in our villa and tips to do the daily shopping and visit the region. The villa is always perfectly clean for the arrival of our guests. We welcome them with a smile and a lot of kindness. We attach the greatest importance to ensuring that they have an excellent stay and are always listening to them.

Nous attachons beaucoup d’importance à être à l’écoute de nos hôtes et très réactifs. Nous sommes très soucieux de leur confort et de leur satisfaction. Nous mettons tout en œuvre pour qu’ils passent d’excellentes vacances dans ce petit coin de paradis qu’est notre villa. Le massif de l’Estérel, qui l’environne, est un site naturel protégé Natura 2000, d’une grande beauté et d’une richesse exceptionnelle, tant sur le plan de la faune que sur celui de la flore. Construite sur un terrain très vaste (6941 m2), notre villa, de style rustique, n’a pas de vis-à-vis. Les amoureux de la nature apprécient qu’elle soit loin des foules, en pleine nature sauvage, tout en étant à proximité de la mer (30 minutes en voiture), des plages et des commerces (15 minutes). Elle est un point de départ idéal pour de magnifiques randonnées dans l’Estérel et des excursions passionnantes dans la région. Notre piscine, avec ses 12,5 x 6 mètres et une profondeur moyenne de 2 mètres, est très appréciée. Notre puissante plancha, également, qui permet de cuire des plats savoureux, à deux pas de la piscine, sur la terrasse, pour 8 ou 9 personnes.
