With a home of this size and the number of amenities offered, occasional issues can arise, which is why we mention in the listing that the property is complex and we keep maintenance resources nearby so anything unexpected can be addressed quickly. The partial power issue was repaired withing 30 minutes of guest arrival. The additional visits during the stay were related to making sure everything was functioning properly for the remainder of your time at the house. We work hard to keep the home well maintained and to resolve anything that comes up as quickly as possible so guests can continue enjoying the space, the amenities, and the setting.
