I stayed here with my three adult children and found the home clean, spacious, and well-suited to our needs. The air conditioning was excellent; much better than other Caribbean rentals we’ve experienced. We especially enjoyed the screened porch and ate many meals there, and the alcove by the Sound was a lovely spot to relax.On the downside, the property is a bit dated and lacked some basic pantry and kitchen necessities, such as salt, pepper, basic spices, foil, plastic wrap or bags, and dishwasher soap. Having these items available would have made the stay more convenient.

Amazing property and experience

This not only matched the pics online but exceeded my expectations. The house and property were amazing. It is stocked with everything you could need especially in the kitchen. Views are breathtaking. Breeze is constant so you dont get hot. Beaches are very close. Not crowded like grace bay and just as beautiful. Having the concierge available 24/7 allowed for quick answers to any questions which was very helpful. Highly recommend and hope to return in the future.

Amazing stay with adukt kids and granddaughters

This place was so special. The location was incredible. We loved being right on the chalk sound. There were more than enough towels for everyone with extras. And lots of fun toys for the pool.The kitchen was great to have. Chalkies restaurant close by has delivery and the food was really really good. Everyone on the island was so nice!

Wonderful getaway

The entire trip as a whole was stunning! We took day trips to different spots around the island and explored the less poplulated locations and they did not fail to impress. The house was spacious and the view never got old. There were a few things that could be listed as issues if I wanted to nitpick but the positives outweighs the list of things I could saw were issues. I will note that when people come here remember that this country is still building to support the tourists that flock to it so be patient but know everyone is super friendly and helpful. Management was super responsive and made sure all our needs were taken care of. I would absolutely return here and suggest others to visit as well.

Gorgeous Location!

We LOVED our stay here. Gorgeous location. Property manager was quick to respond to all our questions throughout the stay. The villa is well stocked with supplies you need (detergent, garbage bags, TP, snorkeling gear, paper towels). The kitchen also has all the appliances and more that you would ever need during your stay. Only challenge was the water pressure and temp of the water made doing dishes a little challenging and we cooked 95% of all the meals during our 8 night stay. We only went out 1x for lunch and 1x for dinner. There was no reason to leave this place when we had such a gorgeous view! I do wish I had brought along a small, soft sided cooler to use to take with us when we went up the road to Taylor Bay Beach, but it wasn't the end of the world. There are large coolers there which we used when we got groceries, but they wouldn't be convenient for taking to the beach. There were also 3-4 beach chairs available, but if you went with a larger group you might want more for the beach. Seating in and outside the villa is more than enough...I counted seating for 11 on the pool deck and even more upstairs on the outside deck and then even more in the screened in porch. No shortage of places to sit/lounge at this villa! We also enjoyed hanging out down on the dock and fishing. Unfortunately, it was too windy the entire trip to use the kayaks that are there. Overall, it was a great trip and a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it!

Chalk Sound Paradise

Breathtaking view. The pictures do not give it justice.We had everything we needed. Lots of towels for the beach. Kayaking was amazing. Our favorite tour was the sunset cruise. We got to see the villa from the beautiful turquoise waters of Chalk Sound. We can't wait to return.

Home away from home

We loved our stay at Aqua View Villa! Spacious house for multiple couples or a large family. All meals were eaten outside in the screened in room, overlooking the beautiful turquoise water. There is vegetation along both sides of the yard, which gives total privacy from the neighboring homes. The weather was windy and the water was a little rough, so we didn’t get to take advantage of the kayaks, but the pool was perfect for the kids to play in after a tour or afternoon at the beach. We were a little disappointed that the swing was removed from the pool, but it was apparently for decoration only and the pergola was being damaged from people using it. The shade does cover the pool in the afternoon after the sun has gone over the house. Be sure to wake up to watch the sunrise down by the water at least once! You definitely need a rental car if you plan on leaving the house at all. It is a quiet and secluded area. Most of the tours and touristy shops seemed to be near Grace Bay Beach, which is on the other side of the island. The house is not far from Taylor beach and Sapodilla beach, but not close enough that we would’ve walked with our young kids.

Fun in the Sun

Super clean vacation rental. Great communication and response time with manager Indi. Spacious home with fantastic views and easy access to Chalk Sound. Peaceful, quiet area. Drive to Grace Bay, Bight Reef, Leeward area, was between 20 and 30 minutes depending on time of day and traffic. No canoe but 3 kayaks, two with worn out seat backs, the third has no seat/back rest. A few life jackets. Very windy when we were there and kayaking was difficult. So thankful for the breeze though, as it kept all the mosquitos away. We had a fantastic time and would return again.

Perfect get away

Just came back from Turks (January). Beautiful house and location. Easy check in. Big house with everything you need. Some days were windy some not, pool is not heated, so on a windy day pool was too cold, ocean was a little bit warmer. We found an yoga mat and 8lb weights, so that was a perfect start of the day for my wife. Also we found fishing poles and lures in a garage and were able to catch several longtooth groupers off the dock!!! That was exciting !!! At night, you could see huge crabs down the dock. Kayaking was only possible with a calm water… but we still swam every day to the small islands and explored. Only recommendation we have is the dock needs a fresh paint, the house locks are rusty. Looking forward to come back!!!

Great location with beautiful views

The house was well equipped and comfortable with plenty of gathering space for our family. The deck, pool area and dock were all nice spaces with spectactular views. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sipping coffee overlooking the sound. We had a maintenance issue with the pool, but property manager and maintence man addressed it immediately. We truly enjoyed our stay and are thankful to have made wonderful memories on Chalk Sound.

Great Experience!

Our family (4 adults) stayed February 2-10, 2024. Check in and check out were smooth. Place was neat and clean. No complaints. Great pool with a great view! The lower deck with access to Chalk Sound was awesome. The kayaks were fun to use. Would give this place two thumbs up without hesitation!

Simply amazing

The views of chalk sound are incredible. Highly recommend staying here vs any of the resorts on Grace Bay. Chalk Sound is beautiful and accessible from the property for swimming/snorkeling or kayaking on the provided sea kayaks. The infinity pool was great for my kids. We enjoyed being able to cook our own meals in the well equipped kitchen.

Stunning and Beautiful!

We did not want to leave! The backyard was absolutely, unbelievable, gorgeous! I can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay. Definitely Check out Chalkies for food and a family friendly environment. Very close to home!

Amazing views

Great location well set up. It’s secluded and a 20 minute ride into town but if you want relax and peace this is your place!

Beautiful view from the property

Loved our stay at this villa. Beautiful views! The property manager Indira was super quick and helpful with everything. We will come back!

It’s a beautiful view but the house needed an update the equipment was old the safety vests snorkeling equipment etc also we lost the internet and tv for 2 days and the electronic fence broke so we couldn’t get our rental car out / we called the host and she sent a maintenance guy out and he couldn’t fix it but left the gate open manually but than he came later and shut it so we couldn’t get out yet again! A nightmare ! There is no beach as stayed on the site you have to drive to the beaches walking would be very dangerous and hot when walking with chairs and towels / stay at one of the luxury hotels like the sands that has amenities
