Dear Diana, thanks for your review. It's very precise and detailed. You are right, the area of Santa Croce has become very busy and noisy but it's still one of my favourite. About the apartment, in the close future we are thinking of installing double glazed windows for soundproofing in order to facilitate our guest's rest. Thanks again.

We're glad you liked the apartment! We tried to make it as comfortable as possible

The pictures show exactly how the apartment is set , included the one and only sofa which is a sofa bed that wound be impossible to open if there were two more lounge chairs . There are two, even three , more small armchairs. The fit easily in the room and provide enough comfort for a short rest . We assume that our guests know that this is a touristic apartment, it would be different if a family needed to LIVE there permanently. The information about the second floor is written in the add , not hidden. The washer is small because there wasn’t enough space for a bigger one unless sacrificing space for living . The dryer works (we know it because we’ve had people living there recently for 6 months) . We would have been happy to show you how if we’d known. To avoid having the coffee table in the middle of the room, we’ve put it on the left hand side of the sofa but each guest can place it wherever he wants, we don’t get upset fir minor changes. Overall, I ‘m glad you enjoyed your stay and I thank you for giving me the occasion to be even more specific about the setting of the apartment.
