The owner says it was a bad translation to English by VRBO. His listing in Italian says there may be a few paid parking spots nearby and a parking garage is 750 meters away (€25 per day). As Americans, we booked based on the free, on-site parking for my 1996 Fiat barchetta.
The flat was pleasant, with a full size fridge, stove top (that we didn't use), and a washer in the master bedroom. Valentina checked us in and was very pleasant and helpful. We had temporarily parked in a white, residents-only parking spot, and she googled and sent us the link to the nearest parking garage, about 200 meters away.
We were gifted with a bottle of Chianti, a liter of milk and a bottle of water. The coffee machine capsules were shaped like a fedora, so pick up more after you see them (i.e. Nescafé capsules are taller and won't fit).
FYI the blue street parking is paid hourly, white is only residents, and the flat is located next to the ZTL (restricted traffic zone), for which you pay a fee if you drive in, or get a ticket if you don't pay. (The parking garage said the prior three hours were paid in case we accidentally drove into the ZTL).
The flat is within easy walking distance to the Uffizi Gallery and the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens, so overall a convenient location.
