マスターベッドルームには、プライベートデッキとバスタブ付きのバスルームがあります。 クイーンベッドルームとマスターベッドルームはどちらも素晴らしい景色を望む水に面しています。 すべてのベッドルームにはヒーターと予備の毛布が付いています。

バスルーム
どちらのバスルームも見事で、暖房が備わっています。 トイレには、必要に応じて使用するビルトインビデ付きの日本のカバーシステムがあります。

テラスとバーベキュー用の広々とした裏庭エリアがあり、スーザンズベイビーチに直接アクセスできます。 庭はフェンスで囲まれているため、ペットが走り回ることができ、犬小屋が提供されます。 車道には、最大3台の車が快適に駐車できるスペースがあります。

スーザン湾は裏庭から直接アクセスでき、ブッシュパスを少し歩いていくつかのアクセスポイントにアクセスできます。また、湾の反対側にある砂浜には、わずか10〜15分で簡単にアクセスできます。また、歩いている間、水とその周辺の素晴らしい景色をお楽しみいただけます。 スーザン湾は保護されており、水泳に最適です。近隣のプリムローズビーチよりも少なくとも数度は温かいことが多いです。 スーザン湾のビーチとプリムローズのビーチは向かい合っているため、風の強い日にはどちらかがすてきに保護されます。

リネンとタオル、基本的なバス用品とクリーニング用品が提供されます。 できる限り環境に優しい製品のみを使用するよう努めています。

ペット

Mimi was super helpful and always available to answer questions during our stay. We loved the view from the upstairs living area, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with all you need to cook while on holidays. Modern house with scenic outlook

We had a lovely stay in Primrose Sands. Equidistant to Hobart and the Tasman Peninsula it was a great base to explore from. The house is beautiful and the water pristine.

What a lovely property ! - so clean, light,airy and with the most amazing water views. The home had everything we could possibly want for our stay. It was warm, inviting and yet spacious for all 5 of us. Our hosts were happy to be contacted and made us feel very welcome. Would happily stay again !

Idyllic getaway spot

My family had a wonderful time at this property. Everything about it was perfect - the location is easily accessible from Hobart, the beautiful calm waters of Susan's Bay were great for children and adults alike, the house was pet friendly, and it had all the mod cons that make a house an easy place to relax. I highly recommend this property and the hosts. Best communication ever! Thank you for making it a perfect family holiday spot.

What a wonderfull place

We came from Germany and startet our trip in Primrose Sands. I think there could not be a better place to start our holidays. The complete house is so clean an well equiped. We have felt very comfortable from the first moment.. The interior is very cozy and we missed absolutely nothing. When it was too cold outside in the evening we loved to sit behind the big panorama window and enjoyed the great view over the bay and listen and watch the kakadoos. Thank you Mimi for sharing this beautiful place with others. We highly recommend this place.

A delightful surprise...

A lovely weekend escape on the banks of Susans Bay, stunning one day and amazing the next. Near new home tastefully furnished with everything you need for your stay. Sunday spent on the upstairs deck watching 2 stingrays leisurely cruising the clear blue water....take us back.

I spent three days at this lovely house. The ambiance and views from the property were sublime. Loved the place so much, we're returning next week, this time with old friends from Hobart. Yes, highly recommend this stylish and comfortable beach house.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The place was clean and comfortable and easily accommodated all of us - three couples and two small children. Beautiful spot with gorgeous outlook and easy access to the water.

Great service, great location

We really enjoyed the location as it was close to Hobart and other sites on the Tasman Pennisula. We visited Port Arthur, Maria Island , the Tasmanian Devil Unzoo, and Mona and Salamanca Market over 5 days. All within easy drives. Mimi and Nasser were great owners with lots of help. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic well appointed property with water views

Perfectly clean with everything we needed, the house provided an excellent base to explore the Coal River Wineries and Tasman Peninsula. Limited facilities in Primrose Sands, but that was expected in such a quiet location. Owner communication prompt and detailed. Unfortunately weather prevented use of the outside fire pit, but otherwise a fantastic stay.

Beautiful home and very well appointed

The house was gorgeous with beautiful sunlight! Extremely well appointed with a Breville coffee machine, wood fire heating and very comfy furniture and bedding. Everything we needed and to a high standard.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Welcome Easter gift on arrival. Plenty of room for 7 of us to enjoy ourselves and not be on top of each other. So much to do nearby. What more could we ask for.

A fabulous place to stay with beautiful views out across the waters of Primrose Sands. The house is amazing and has been designed with so many elegant features. The attention to detail is impressive with everything you need in the kitchen, beautifully designed bathrooms. The bedrooms are quite with really comfortable beds. The open living space upstairs is so impressive with original artworks. We had everything we needed and the owners we wonderful with support. This place provides opportunities to completely relax or venture out for day trips to Richmond, Dunally (the Lobster Shed), Port Arthur and supermarket shopping and berry picking at Sorrell. The attention to detail is what makes this place. Loved staying here.

This house is the ideal holiday experience!

The house was perfect-clean,comfortale and well organised- we had all the facilities we needed and more. The coffee machine was great! The view was amazing and having the beautiful beach as a sort of front garden was a definate bonus. The owners were very easy to communicate with and made the process really easy. If we visit Tasmania again we would want to stay here again!
