Sofas and club chair are in definite need of replacement. Had to spend 1.2 hour cleaning the two working but very dirty fans to help with heat it wood be nice for the price to have atleast couple of outdoor chairs to seat outside

Perfect location and space

We really enjoyed ourselves at this unit! We had 4 adults and 2 kids (3 and 5) and there was plenty of space in the 3 bedrooms, plus the common areas were open and we never felt cramped for space. This unit is in a great location thats walking distance to Waterville town center and the gym/pool, and it was quiet and serene in the summer. Some of the drawbacks:We found the kitchen was missing key items (only 1 pot holder for example) and the knives were dull, so if you plan to cook, consider bringing a sharp knife for prepping meals. The pots and pans were warped which made them slow to heat on the glass cook top, but they did get the job done. Also take note that shampoo/conditioner are not provided, but you will find a bar of soap in each bathroom.Our last concern was cleanliness- there were visible cobwebs in nearly every room. They were up along the corners, and out of the way, but they indicate perhaps the unit was not thoroughly cleaned. Again, overall this was a perfect location with plenty of space, nestled in the mountains, and we would absolutely stay in this area again, but would likely try a different unit.

Maybe leave brief guide on how to use tv and the main gas heater in living room. Place was great all around.

Place was great all around.. Plenty of room for our family of four with two dogs.. Well maintained and clean.. The weekend that we went up had a heat wave! If there were any negatives I wish the unit had AC downstairs!! Other than that it was perfect!! Would definitely stay here again!!! Thanks for quick response and fix of the TV. Even though I didn’t ask for it. You went out of your way and purchased a roku for the unit and installed it same day.. Excellent service!!

Fun ski weekend

Property is pretty basic but had everything we needed for a ski weekend. I had to laugh because the fan that past guests commented on still is very thick with dust. The floors, countertop, bathrooms and appliances were all very clean. No issues. Liked the location and the large dining table for playing cards and family dinner. It was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 3 kids (11-14). Management team was excellent. Great weekend! We would come back. The weather and skiing conditions were amazing.

Weekend away at Waterville

Condo was good size-wise for the six adults and one toddler. Main living area a bit cramped, but the weather was nice and we were able to utilize the deck space which was lovely. We did have sugar ants in the kitchen. Overall a functional space, a bit dusty and we used all the fans (it was a muggy weekend), and the fans need to be cleaned.

Needs updating, but great space and location

Our family of 6 was comfortable here, although it needs some updating and new carpets. Furniture was comfortable and bedrooms were spacious.
