No so good

It was a bit dirty and there were spiders, and you had to remove the sheets and carry the trash yourself. This was a bit unfortunate.

It's So So

Area is peaceful and nice with good mountain views. House has good parking. House is older but didn't care for that, just the couches are old, even the couch's pillows were ripped, again not a big deal. Biggest disappointment is the decks. They were not cleaned at all. Not just leaf, but dirt, and cobweb, some were on the chairs that we couldn't use.

Great for a large group

We had a comfortable stay for a fairly large group. The house is as pictured. Evolve is very responsive and made everything a breeze!

I called tenant about the tvs not woking and i was told to replace battery on the keyboard for the tvs i did then tried it but the computer wouldnt turn on it would turn on when it wanted and work for 10 minutes the wifi was terrible. Lost connection all the time. The wifi did not work on my phone and never got a response about it nor they cared to fix it. Was able to wach one movie in the living room for 2 hours my kids wanted to wach Christmas movies but only 1 time it worked and then signal would get lost they were disappointed as was i the tenants did not care to call and check if it worked i had called and got a answer once then never again. 2 nights and for the price not worth it since i did not get what i payed for. I also threw out trash made sure it was left clean and overpayed. Worst experience ever, also the dishwasher they claim it dont work so had to wash by hand. The trash outside is a mess. Only ggane theybhave is the pool table and thats probably the best of the stay.

Great place!

This was a great house, cozy, comfy, and fit all of our needs. The kitchen had all the utensils, there was toilet paper, paper towels, linens, towels. The kids enjoyed the game room and were able to hook up devices brought and everyone had plenty of room to spread out add relax. Follow there instructions on how to access for an easier, not as steep road to the driveway/parking. Great place! We might return.

Me and my friends all enjoyed the place, there was plenty of beds to sleep in and the couches were very comfortable too. Great for if you want a nice affordable place to stay with a group of friends

Great house, could use some TLC

We stayed in this house over a busy holiday weekend. The home layout is awesome and we had plenty of room for our two families with 7 kids. The home is suffering from neglect however. The decks need to be refinished, there were no extra supplies like toilet paper and paper towels, the bed linens were clean but the furniture is old and some things need to be replaced. We couldn’t figure out how to get any thing to play on the kids’ room TV. Overall, we had a great time and didn’t want to be in the house much anyway but just a little attention and investment at this property would make a huge difference. I also did not know that Lake Arrowhead does not have much public access so be prepared to head to a different lake and we had trouble reaching the property managers, we had no helpful response from them during our stay.

DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I rented a cabin in Lake Arrowhead and when we arrived it was DIRTY!!!!!! The cleaning lady was there and we were told that she was just notified one hour prior to our arrival that she needed to have the entire cabin cleaned the owner told her “Good luck getting it cleaned up”. The owner said he gave her enough notice to clean it… I don’t know who’s lying but it’s unbelievable how people get away with this shit and you still pay good money to rent their dirty properties !!!! We had to help her clean it and especially the kitchen because we had perishable food that needed to be put in the refrigerator. So we had to clean the whole refrigerator which was dirty on the inside and the outside, not to mention the microwave the stove and everything else in the kitchen . The sheets on the bed were rolled up just the way they ask you to do when you leave, so those were left from the guests staying before us and she just put the dirty sheets on the beds. We never saw her come down with any dirty laundry to take out to be washed. There were also spiderwebs in the rooms. We weren’t able to use a barbecue outside because it was filthy dirty with spiderwebs everywhere. When I reached out to Evolve, it took them 2 months for them to get back to me. I had to keep calling them back before I finally talked to a manager. He gave me some bullshit story about they had gotten rid of certain emails… I don’t believe that because if they want to get a hold of you they will!! I resubmitted all my Documents and even after that I had to keep reaching out to them because they didn’t have a decency to follow up on my claim. After I resubmitted everything, I got an email just a couple hours later telling me that they were not gonna do anything for me. They knew all along that they were not gonna do anything for me that’s why they never followed up with me and probably hoping that I would just stop calling but that wasn’t going to happen!! My family and I will never book through this company again!!!!!!! If I were you, I wouldn’t rent through them either unless you want them to rent you dirty properties and go through all the lies with them and never get anything resolved for you. It’s crazy how people can just take your hard earned money and not give a shit about how you’re treated and what kind of pig sty they rent!!!!!!!! My rating stays as a one because there’s nothing below it but I would rate it a -10!!!!!!!!

Beautiful home

Location was great, beautiful home met our needs. Only negative thing is the BBQ did not work and no kitchen towels or dish rags. Home could use a spring cleaning.

Nice family get away

Overall, the cabin is pretty nice. A short 10 min ride away from Lake Arrowhead town and also close to some decent hiking spots. The downstairs has a nice room with the pool table to hang out and play. The living room is roomy and kitchen had most of the utensils we needed. It however did not have a coffee maker (there is one but it was missing the glass kettle so bring your own or at least ask the owner to buy one). The only issue I had was that the heater distributes heat disproportionately. Upstairs on the third floor gets a good amount of heat while the living room has no vent for the heat so we had to rely on the fireplace to heat the room. Other than that concern, the place was pretty fun. Good quick away.

Lake Arrowhead vacation

It is a nice place to vacation, but I would not recommend it during winter. We checked in for 3 days and were not able to drive out on the 2nd day and had to be towed out when we left. This street does not get plowed. The house was clean and spacious. The propane tank was empty and we could not finish barbecuing. I really wish the they would warn renters of issue with snow. I had 4 chains on my SUV and they all broke trying to get out.

We had an issue with ants in one of the bed room the bed had ants on it and also all around the bed!

We had a good time but didn’t not use the beds in the room with the ants and also had some issues with the cable going in and out ty for allowing my wife and our family celebrate my Wife 69TH birthday!!

Did not have a good experience, house was not taken care of, alot of things w weren't working or was broken, pool, sticks and. Hockey take not working and missing parts. THE TV WERE NOT WORKING . DID NOT HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE...would not rent there Again, Need fixing before renting....

Nice but needs some TLC

We had a good time but the bbq grill didn’t have any propane, the pool cues didn’t have tips on them, there wasn’t any pucks for the air hockey and the handheld can opener didn’t work. The covered patio screen door didn’t lock inside. The lock was on the outside. Someone didn’t think that through! Ceiling fan over the dining room table didn’t work. One of the sliders on bottom floor didn’t open and that room got very hot!! The screen door on main floor had a broken handle .and was a bit hard to open. Also, we were told we would get keys from the lockbox. There weren’t any keys you just had to use key pad code to come and go.

Family Vacation

The house was nice, but the game room had a broken chair, the pool stick were broken, the air hockey didn’t work and had no pucks anyway. Went to store to buy pool sticks so the daily could play. A couple of the TV key boards didn’t work. One of the dinning table chairs is at the point of pulling apart. But we still had a good time going on walks and play card games as a family. It was a nice getaway.

Arrowhead Cabin Review

Nice clean cabin mostly as described. Television was very complicated to use because thru pc not a provider. Property management was called but unable to help and never a follow-up. Coffee maker is very small for a 12-person cabin, and in bathroom near kitchen needs a plastic bath mat in tub!!!

Nice house, crazy bad location for storm area for non residents.

My experience is unique. We were renters and had the bad luck of having a storm right before our check in day of Jan 29, 2020. A storm hit that Thursday and Friday. We all had chains knowing the area has snow. But what was not expected and should be in the rental information is that the house is located in street very steep up the mountain. Both streets to get in the house teakwood and sandalwood were inaccessible with our cars. To add that street doesn’t get cleaned by snow plows. During storm time an advisory should be added that high 4x4 vehicle and chains are absolutely required to reach cabin. So that was a nightmare to get there. Luckily we are great friendly people we quickly made friends of some neighbors and one had a Razor sport vehicle and helped our whole party of 12(adults and kids) get to the cabin and all of our luggage!!! Total Life savers!!! Then when we got there there were no extra sheets or blankets like all there places we have rented in the area so that sucked. And last we couldn’t communicate with the rental office or anyone for a location to dump garbage and where we went it was closed.We were told by the neighbors trash doesn’t come until Wednesdays or delayed with storms. So we were recommend to leave in bins and close em up. That’s as best as was possible. Besides that the house was ok and Best recommended for Summer trips. Or like I said trips for people with vehicles with 4x4 lifted systems.
