Perfect for a ski getaway!

This property was perfect for myself, husband and son to ski for a few days. It was clean, spacious for 3, had everything we needed. The shuttle bus and proximity to the mountain were great and the communication throughout our stay was clear and thorough! All in all an excellent experience!

This property is perfect. Clean ... easy check in. Board games provided... the owners checked in to see if we needed anything. Close to town and the bus stop for the ski lodge ... it was such a nice getaway. A winter wonderland.

Great stay!

The home is well equipped with just about everything we needed for our 5 week stay. A big stock of soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent and toilet paper was greatly appreciated. The kitchen has a good selection of pots, pans and utensils; enabling us to cook a lot of meals during our stay. The two upstairs bedrooms are roomy and very comfortable, and the trees shading all the windows kept the home pleasantly cool even on the hottest days. No need for AC.

Great location

This clean townhome is well-equipped and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. It’s a great location, as it’s near the free bus and close to the gondola and dining. The furnishings, while a bit dated, are comfortable and clean. It was a good deal for the price.

This was a great Condo well located in town! Easy to get on the bus to get around town. Checking in was seamless and easy, and updates were communicated via Text Message and everything was pretty much as expected!

Easy Ski Area Access

We needed a short term rental before our long term rental began and iTrip was great in helping figure out logistics. The townhome is clean and the beds are comfortable. The location has easy access to the ski area and bike path.

Cluttered place

The place is full of owner's personal items. Its very small, there is no place for pantry, any available space in kitchen cabinets is taken by owner personal items. Drawers filled with junk and missing essential items like potato peeler. Teflon pans terribly scratched. Overall the pace is cluttered, needs updates. Bunk bed is falling apart, Closet doors are falling of the rails. We didn't feel well there. Cleanliness of the property has been addressed quickly by management company, very thankful for that.

Easy access via bus to mountain.

Easy access to mountain via bus: plenty of towels and basic supplies; nice gas fireplace; warm; does sleep 7, recognizing 3 people need to sleep in one room and two on pullout couch downstairs. Tv is streaming and was complicated for us since we don’t stream our TV. Thus if you are also not familiar with streaming, I would recommend bringing DVDs. Kitchen had plenty of plates, cups, silverware for cooking in.

Not worth the money.

Not worth the money. The property isn’t well taken care of. Damaged items throughout, cluttered, no real counter space in bathrooms, and a lot of things were dirty. Additionally, the listing photos are misleading; there’s only one usable hot tub.

The condo was very nice and we had no issues. The only issue we had was the swimming pool and hot tub were not very clean. I am not sure who is in charge of cleaning them but they were gross and my kids were bum they could not swim due to how dirty they looked especially the hot tub!!

back to Steamboat Springs

Although the pictures gave the impression that the rooms of the property were much larger, they met our needs. It was good to get back to Steamboat Springs. The temperatures were much lower than what the summer brings to Sarasota, Florida. Hopefully we will be back next summer.

Last week before the Governor told all of us to leave but bu thanks for the money you wasted.

Very clean, well kept and updated. Just need to clean the one closet out a bit more in the one bedroom, it would have been nice to use instead of piling stuff in front of it. Thank you for sharing your home with us on a last minute trip. It just too bad your Governor knee jerked and kicked all us tourists out of the state. And don't have any misconceptions about that statement as it's nothing but the truth. He was trying to do damage control to keep the state from getting labeled and turning people off from coming in the future. FYI Gov we've seen how much you appreciate the people that support your winter economy and we'll not be doing that again in our life. BAD DECISION no matter how you justify it. This whole Covid panic is plain stupid. You can have a flu outbreak that kills just as many people and that's not a problem. The get your butt to work and suck it up we need you to make us money attitude is fine for that! Corporate America is all about the Almighty Dollar and nothing more. In God We Trust........
