この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
I am proud to be the 2nd owner of this home. This property built in 1936 has been meticulously renovated to maintain its original Fla. charm. It is a historical treasure!
It was built by a doctor for his family with love and 8" Cement blocks. They do not make homes like this anymore. I also used some of their furnishings in the apartment including the original wooden squeaking floors.
The doctor and his wife raised 11 children in the spacious home. He would also see patients in his office located on the back of the house.
The home is a perfect place to practice mindfulness. Invite stillness into your life by being still with a tree. The soil is rich charcoal black with mango. banana, avocado, and coconut trees.
My avocados are like butter. And the ripe mangoes and bananas are as sweet as any you have ever tasted. They are all pesticide FREE. You are more than welcome to pick and taste at your leisure!
The property is surrounded by flowers. Flowers are representative of the spiritual world. Messengers from the ethereal realm. They embody the best you can be. They are not anxious or concerned about tomorrow, but they are beautiful. I hope that my flowers are also helping to save the bees. It may be brief, but close observations of a bee on a flower can clear your mind. Getting up close with plants can even produce the tingles of ASMR - autonomous sensory meridian response.
I also plan to have an organic vegetable garden soon!
You’ll love the large windows with sunlight exposure and the beautifully manicured lawns.
There will be no need for a watch because you can hear the angelic chimes on every hour from the neighborhood church.
This is a historic home so there are definitely some uneven floors, quirky details, and some general wear and tear from over the years.
Maintaining and sharing this property has been a joy!
