Rhonda was a great host, she met and greeted me upon my arrival she made sure everything was for my stay. The apartment is very cozy and nice, everything you could want.Look forward to staying there again on my next trip to Nashville.

The place was nice, definitely an older home and the windows aren’t sealed entirely so it got pretty cold at night and in the morning. It was a bit small especially the bathroom but for the price and the area you can’t complain too much.

Sweet little apartment

This is our 2nd stay at one of Rhonda's properties. This one had everything we needed--comfy bed, small kitchen, and a space for our daughter to stay. It is close to our relatives and everything we needed to visit in Nashville.

A Nashville Gem

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The location is close to everything, and yet away enough from the Nashville wild scene. We loved being able to walk to Hillsboro Village too! Again, highly recommend.

Great place in great neighborhood!

Stay was great! Perfect place for 2 people and in a beautiful neighborhood right next to Vanderbilt and super close to downtown. Rhonda was great to communicate with and responded very quickly!

Quaint Space Away from the hustle and bustle

Great place to rest your head and a quick ride to Broadway if needed! All your basic amenities are there. Rhonda was very communicative. Easy stay.

Perfect overnight stay

We came into town for a concert at Geodis Park. The apartment was small, but we didn’t need much space for the quick stay. Exactly what we needed. Thank you!

Nice and simple

A house in a pleasant, walkable neighborhood, with 4 apartments. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom: all small and simple, but outfitted well and comfortable. Good for a short stay.

Access to Vanderbilt Medical

The place was clean and quiet. It’s perfect if you have an early morning procedure at Vanderbilt. It is just as advertised but dont expect much in the way of amenities. Bring your own soap and shampoo, blow dryer....

Property is in bad shape, junk everywhere.

When we pulled up to this property, we thought we were at the wrong house, as the lawn was overgrown, and there was junk all over the front porch and driveway. The main corridor to the rooms is run down, and the floor for the upstairs room we stayed in is extremely unlevel. Our room was probably 85 degrees when we got there because the window unit AC was not on at all, and there is no AC in the common area hallways. This is by far the worst short term rental I have ever stayed in. The neighborhood and location are great, but th house is bad.

Cute and convenient

Perfect location if you want to be close to everything in Nashville, but stay in a quiet neighborhood. Host was very quick with responses and checking in was super easy. Small place, but I traveled solo and the place had everything I needed. Definitely would recommend. Place is about 3 mins away from 12th street, which has cute shops and cafes and amazing food!!

Nice property with great accessibility all for downtown Nashville and surrounding areas. Owner was helpful and responsive. Only reason for 4 stars is that the toilet was not working properly, should be an easy fix for the next renters!! Would definitely rent at this location again if we come back to Nashville.

A cheap and quiet stay

The neighborhood the house is located is very nice and quiet. It was a little confusing figuring out which house it was at first because all the houses have their house numbers on them except it. We just needed a place to sleep after our concert and it got the job done. The bed was very comfortable.

Great place to stay.

I needed a place to stay for a week while in Nashville for work. I decided to try a VRBO, rather than a hotel for this trip. Everything worked out just great. Communication with Rhonda was timely and smooth. No complaints. Will consider this an option next time I am in town.
