Rhonda was a great host and this was a great place to stay! It was well-located and had everything we needed for a nice weekend trip. Obviously a small space because it is a studio but it was perfect for my boyfriend and I during our weekend getaway!

Host was nice, check in was super easy. Apartment was a little bit dated and might benefit from some updates in a few areas but overall it did the job. Bed was super comfy so bonus points for that.

I slept well, the most important quality anywhere you spend the night. The shower water temperature control is touchy. I had a bit of a challenging finding the location after dark and had to contact the property for instructions where to get in.

Rhonda was a great host, she met and greeted me upon my arrival she made sure everything was for my stay. The apartment is very cozy and nice, everything you could want.Look forward to staying there again on my next trip to Nashville.

The place was nice, definitely an older home and the windows aren’t sealed entirely so it got pretty cold at night and in the morning. It was a bit small especially the bathroom but for the price and the area you can’t complain too much.

Property is in bad shape, junk everywhere.

When we pulled up to this property, we thought we were at the wrong house, as the lawn was overgrown, and there was junk all over the front porch and driveway. The main corridor to the rooms is run down, and the floor for the upstairs room we stayed in is extremely unlevel. Our room was probably 85 degrees when we got there because the window unit AC was not on at all, and there is no AC in the common area hallways. This is by far the worst short term rental I have ever stayed in. The neighborhood and location are great, but th house is bad.

Access to Vanderbilt Medical

The place was clean and quiet. It’s perfect if you have an early morning procedure at Vanderbilt. It is just as advertised but dont expect much in the way of amenities. Bring your own soap and shampoo, blow dryer....

Nice and simple

One unit of 4 in a house located in a quiet neighborhood. House appears that it is being renovated so there were building materials in the hall. Also some degree of clutter in the units closet/storage area, otherwise clean and we had no problems. Rhonda was fast to respond with my questions.

Good overall

This was our first time using VRBO. The owner/manager had said online she liked to greet the renters...if available. There was no one anywhere near, so we just played it by ear. There was still some remodeling going on throughout the property, so it was a bit disheveled. Had to find the apartment, and the door was open enough for us to get in. After returning from eating the evening meal, the code I had received with my payment receipt did not work - texted the manager and after some discussion she realized she had forgotten to change it from the previous renter. There was no WiFi password. Called her again, it’s attached to the mailbox, downstairs. Went back down the stairs. NOPE. Called again to get the password. You could hear every TV in the house, at all hours!! Tiny place, but fine for an overnight stay if you don’t want breakfast. Close to our destination for early the next morning. We apparently need more experience with VRBO!!

Basic Room in a Lovely Neighborhood

Everything was there that was need, bed, bath, if you wanted to cook some, you have stove, microwave and frig. The owner was very responsive and invisible. As advertised it is a really nice neighborhood with lots of quaint streets to wander on a morning walk. Easy walk to Kroger for anything you need. The location is not only safe it is also easily accessible to the interstate and going places. Just don't expect much in the way of amenities or ambiance. I'll stay again because the price is competitive and the location is great.

A cheap and quiet stay

The neighborhood the house is located is very nice and quiet. It was a little confusing figuring out which house it was at first because all the houses have their house numbers on them except it. We just needed a place to sleep after our concert and it got the job done. The bed was very comfortable.

Older home

Rhonda was kind and communicative. The house is older and there seemed to be tools/materials all over the property getting updated. The unit itself was really hot/humid and required a window AC unit, which looked pretty old. It was quiet and in a good neighborhood. Rhonda was always available and accessible for questions.

Nice and simple

A house in a pleasant, walkable neighborhood, with 4 apartments. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom: all small and simple, but outfitted well and comfortable. Good for a short stay.
