This cozy property is on a large corner location on Marco Island, Beautiful large screened-in patio with a blue sparkling pool. Three bedrooms and two full baths, only one block of Marco Island parks that offers a biking/walking path around a lake as well as a basketball court, volleyball court and plus children's playground and water splash pad. Located 5 minutes drive from the beach and 15 minutes biking distance.

Great home and Great Host

Location is perfect! House was clean and comfortable, great communication with host! He went above and beyond! My kids enjoyed the pool and the proximity to Mackel Park! Will definitely be back against!

Marco Island Getaway

This home was perfectly comfortable for our family. Everything had been thought of ahead of time for our stay. We really appreciated the use of the beach chairs & umbrellas - thank you! The location near the park was great as we have kids who went over a few times. The indoor / outdoor living was spacious. The neighbourhood was quiet and it didn’t take long to run a quick errand if necessary. Everything was in working order, practical, and clean. We have no complaints and would love to visit again!

Christmas vacation!

It was wonderful! The house was beautiful and cozy! We loved that it was stocked with so much stuff (games, bikes, pool toys, beach stuff). Neighborhood was quite while we were there in December.

Cute Marco Island Home

This home was perfect for our short stay in Marco. It was great location for the kids, they could ride the bikes provided or walk to the park for basketball and ping pong. Beach was 5 min car ride. Pool was the perfect size! Well appointed interior decor made the home very cute. Would stay again if this home was available. Rene was very reachable for any questions we had.

Great family time in Marco

This home was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Property manager was attentive and quick to respond. I loved that it was across from the park, very easy to entertain two babies. Highly recommend for families!

Perfect Place for a Girls' Getaway

We just returned from a four-day "Girls' Getaway" on Marco Island. This house was perfectly suited for all ages! We had two in their seventies, two in their forties, and two pre-teens. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with every large and small appliance, electronic, recreational toy and beach accessory we could ask for - and then some! The pool was beautiful. We loved eating in the outdoor dining area. Rene was very accommodating and was kind enough to provide us with a housewarming gift. The location in a quiet neighborhood near a park was very nice. It's just a short drive to the beach, the grocery store and many great restaurants. We will definitely consider this house on all future trips to Marco...

Wonderful home for a family!

We stayed for a week with two young kids and the house was perfect. All of the amenities you could ask for and more. From a beach wagon, all the chairs, multiple bikes, umbrella and toys to two pack n plays, booster seat and books. Additionally, the twin kids' bedroom had room darkening shades! Mackle Park being less than a block away was an added bonus - splash pad, walking path and huge playground. The layout of the house was great and the pool area was wonderful. Spent most of our time eating outside, playing cards and swimming in the pool. We definitely be back again!

Great find.

Loved this place. We had a wonderful time here and highly recommend it. The house had everything we needed. Many extras in the home, a big plus. Place was very clean as well. Definitely would not hesitate to stay here again. We spent lots of time in the pool.

Nice home

The stay was great. Home was clean. Pool was not clean when we arrived. One thing i wish i knew about the island, the limited access to the beaches and wish we had private access too. First place we have stayed and didnt have that option but thats my fault for not asking more questions. Playground close, loved riding the bikes in the evening. Easy access to get in home and no problems with any appliances. The stay was nice.
