Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of 17 had a wonderful stay. The description was accurate and provided everything we needed. The amenities that I would like to call out: kitchen supplies, the icemaker in the garage, the available shower when you come in from the beach and the huge covered porch, which allows you to get out of the sun, but keep an eye on the kids in the pool or at the beach. The location of the property was perfect. Close to supermarkets, walkable to the local Ben & Jerry’s yet close enough if you want to visit the boardwalk. The staff and instructions for arrival and departure were clear and easy to follow. We had a few questions upon arrival and the staff was very responsive.

wonderful stay

We loved the house. We had 11 total aging from 3 to 62. The pool was wonderful, the location to beach was so close. The house was beautiful and very comfortable for all. Would love to come back

Perfect spot

This really was an amazing property and is exactly as described! Very comfortably sleeps 20 people and the outdoor space was incredible. If I was traveling with a large group in Myrtle I would 100% stay here again!!!

Pieced together

The description needs to state that the house is pieced together. There are only 3 bedrooms with bathrooms in the house. The other bedrooms and bathrooms you need to go outside and access each one separately through a locked door. There are plenty of beds for a large group, but no place for them to hangout together inside. There is one couch(seats 3) and 4 chairs.The location on the beach is great.

Great Location

Wonderful location on the beach. The set-up of the house was perfect for our group of 16. Beds were comfortable. I had to text the property manager a couple of times, and she was always quick to respond. A few minor things that would make the property even better: 1) house could use a deep cleaning, 2) a few newer pots and pans are needed, 3) it would be nice if the hot tub was included in the price of the rental. Overall, we loved it and are considering renting it again in the future.

Definitely needs to upgrade on mattresses & sheets (needs new mattresses & oversize sheets that fit)on the main level of the home! The WiFi needs a boost for the 22 people that can stay in this home, we did not have it for the 15 that was there during our stay. No WiFi in the bottom portion of the home & that's where all of our young adults hung out! Pool furniture needs upgrading as well! Price goes up each year but quality definitely went down this year!

Family vacation

We were very pleased with this beach rental. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed as well as the chairs and toys for the beach. The Ice machine in the garage is a game changer and the pool held all of us with floats with no problem. Any issues were dealt with by the owner immediately. The only improvement we can say may be a window air conditioner for the bedroom near the garage that gets hot at night.

The highlight is the very comfortable covered porch with a great view of the beach and plenty of seating along with the very inviting pool. Access to the beach was easy with the very short walk. Nice to have the shower and foot cleaner as you come back to the beach to keep sand from getting to the pool and house. The location is in between all the big hotels so the beach isn't overly crowded even on the 4th of July. The house is well appointed with a great kitchen and big dinning table. The layout is a little strange but going in and out side to get to some of the rooms was really no problem since the weather is so warm in the summer. It's a pleasure to head outside. Only thing I'd like to have had that wasn't there were some games for the kids and a griddle but there were plenty of jelly roll pans and saucepans to make anything work. Thank you for a great stay!

Large family vacation and celebration

A wonderful vacation stay for our large adult family of 21 ages 19 to 80. With no small children and all the grandchildren are not married, we made the sleeping arrangements work. Beautifully furnished and the covered back deck was the best feature for us. Only negative was the hot tub which was spa tub-did not heat >87(paid for it) but management reimbursed us. Great stay.

Beds were slightly rearranged from listing (trundle bed was located adjacent to the second king bedroom), but images were otherwise accurate. Wonderful areas both inside and outside for large groups. Aside from a couple gaps (which we blocked with chairs), railings on the deck were close enough to keep a toddler from squeezing through. Hot tub was well heated but difficult to enter, exit, and lean back in due to the shape of the brick around the edge (no handrails present). Hot tub heat was deactivated one day early on our last day. Calling the help desk resulted in it being reactivated silently within an hour. Doors blocked sound well, heard minimal noise from other occupants. Beds were comfortable. Grill propane cans were not refilled during visit despite being told that they would be. One door lock downstairs was nonfunctional upon arriving. Maintenance arrived after a few hours to fix it. Open-top trash cans located in garage were not picked up by waste services, despite instructions to leave them by the curb. Beach access was ideal. Rental umbrellas and chairs directly on the beach were expensive; we opted to purchase our own. Two of the beach chairs provided by the property were in disrepair with sharp, exposed metal. We did not use those chairs. Wi-fi speeds were very slow. Massive fridge and dining room table, well-equipped kitchen & wonderful stovetop. Altogether a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation rental, particularly for those who want lots of beach time.

The location was ideal and driveway space was great for the kids too. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed and more.The beach access was great. The property rental agency was very communicative and responsive with our issues when they arose. Cons: Had to buy and fill a propane tank since the 3 near the grill were empty, the area near the grill had a bunch of deflated pool toys (aka trash) and the grill hadn't been cleaned in a while, the wifi did not reach to the basement so no one could work remotely down there, the TVs in the bedrooms were unable to be used since we couldn't figure them out, the pool and hot tub had chipping tiles and cement glaze at the bottom. Also, the walls of the pool area had very large chipping pieces on it. Some of the cons were not what I was expecting for the price it cost to rent this property.

50th Birthday

This was for my 50th birthday that is in October, we had such a wonderful time the pool area is amazing and we spent most of our time there the decor was beautiful in all the rooms, i liked the corkiness of the lay out of the house and how the bedrooms were, my only thing is i wish in the description that the bottem bedroom it said how it was laid out other than that was perfect and that truly wasn't an issue, the location was great ( i usually stay in surfside area) kitchen was well equipment, we definitely talked of staying next year

Wonderful Vacation

My only comment would be the pool although clear, clean and serviced appropriately did have broken glass tiles along the sides. These broken tiles could potentially cut a swimmer if the swimmer rubbed up against the tiles. But all in all the entire property was wonderful.

Bedroom layouts were a little quirky having to walk through a bedroom to get to another bedroom but, with parents and kids this worked well.

Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our our 2 families & some friends! The pool was messed up when we 1st arrived but we told them & it was fixed same day! Always a quick response on any questions we had! Great location to stay! We enjoyed our stay very much! We hope to stay here again!
