Unit was exactly as advertised and also had plenty of extra towels, which is almost unheard of in that area. It was a perfect day for us.

Very clean room. Only negative was the pools were very crowded and multiple unsupervised and rowdy kids running around.

Place was really nice, spacious and warm. It was also centrally located to a lot of the attractions. Communication from the host was wonderful…very thorough and quick to respond.

Everything went really well with our stay. The location was very convenient for everything we needed, and the property was very nice. The unit we stayed in was very well maintained, clean, and had everything we needed. If we go back to Orlando, we would definitely stay here again.

The location to Disney was even closer than we expected! As a newer family of 4 (our son is 11 and our daughter 1) we have had to shift from traditional hotels on property to condos with more space. The value is definitely unmatched! The floorplan was great leaving each room with its own quiet space. The unit was clean and being on the end with a balcony was a plus. There is 1 elevator for the building. The only downside to our stay was that the WiFi was out the bulk of our stay so none of the TVs worked.

Dear Garji, Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We would like to clarify for future guests that our listing, House Manual, and booking confirmation message clearly state that we provide starter supplies intended to cover the first night or two of the stay. For this reservation, we provided two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels in the kitchen, exactly as outlined in our pre-arrival information. As a self-catering vacation rental, and not a hotel, guests are kindly asked to plan accordingly based on the number of occupants and the length of their stay. We are always available during a guest’s stay and would have been happy to assist had we been contacted regarding additional needs. We appreciate the opportunity to host you and wish you safe travels.

Great location

Location is great. Really close to the parks. Floors and carpet were not that clean but everything else was great. Host communication was extremely fast. Check in and check out process was great too.
