Hi Bonnie. We are sorry to hear this. We provided you with a phone number to call or text if you had and issue, but we never received a call from you or we would have been happy to help. This property is located on a gravel road which has very little traffic. We are confused about the main road you are referring to. We have checked our correspondence and see you were sent driving directions to this cabin and would love to speak with you to better understand your experience.
