We loved the outdoor kitchen and being able to sit out with coffee in the morning and wine at night. The best thing is proximity to the best snorkel beach! We are avid snorkelers and appreciated being able to just walk across the road anytime and jump in the water. The apartment itself is very quiet which we appreciated. We will definitely stay here again!

The view of the beach was everything. They said it was the air conditioner worked just fine and the room was very clean. I have no complaints. I would stay there again.

Wonderful host, amazing space, fantastic location, we had everything we needed and the place was very clean. We loved staying here! The outdoor kitchen and terrace was our favorite part, but the bedroom and bath were cool and very spacious as well.

Beautiful location, great snorkeling. It was lovely sitting on the patio with morning coffee. I would say this is semi-private. Apartment B is separated by a lattice, so if you have neighbors like we did, they may pop right over while you are on your patio sunbathing. Didn't use the pool or washing machine, so if you need to do laundry you might want to verify availability.

Mile and Viola were both extremely friendly and excellent hosts. The location is beyond perfect for a snorkel lover. Every day we could just leave our things at the house and walk across the street with our mask and snorkel and go. The parking inside the villa made it easy so that you don’t have to battle beach goers for a spot. It was also wonderful to be able to walk from our house all the way down to Palm Beach on the walking path which was a fitness lovers nice surprise. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Aruba!

Upon our arrival, Mike was there to greet us and show us where to park and where the unit was located. Mike was very accommodating and was there whenever we had a question or needed clarification on something. All amenities were provided and accommodation was very clean.We will definitely be staying here again if we return to Aruba in the future.

A Great Place to Stay!

Our stay in Apartment A was Lovely! The area was quiet, away from the busyness of town, but also an easy walk to beaches. The view was beautiful from our open kitchen/ balcony. The bedroom was private and comfortable. The owner was helpful, friendly, and welcoming. For any return trips to Aruba, we already know where we will be staying!

Amazing stay

This was our first time in Aruba and it won’t be our last. Our host clued us in to what we needed to know and we had the most relaxing time. The view was great. We were in close proximity to great beaches for snorkeling and for swimming. The neighborhood was quiet. The pool was clean and warm. Friendly and helpful host!

I am not typically someone who leaves negative reviews, but unfortunately I feel obligated to share my experience so future guests can make an informed decision.Before booking, I carefully read every review from the past several years and felt confident that this property would meet expectations. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite.The listing for Apartment A advertises a toilet and bidet. However, the bidet had apparently been removed, leaving an open sewer connection covered only with a dirty piece of tape. There was visible human hair and debris stuck to the covering, and a strong sewage odor filled the apartment. The smell was overwhelming and made the unit uninhabitable for our vacation.We arrived around 5:00 PM and spent the evening searching for alternative accommodations. By 9:00 AM the following morning, we had no choice but to leave the property.I contacted the owner that same day to explain the situation and request a refund. I followed up again four days later when I received no response. I even offered to resolve the matter privately without involving VRBO. To date, I have never received a direct response from the owners.VRBO has since communicated with the owners on my behalf, and I was informed that they declined any refund, reportedly stating that they "can't please everyone." This issue is not about personal preferences. An open sewer connection and sewage odor inside a small apartment is a health and habitability concern, not a matter of

Loved our Stay in Arashi

My wife and l love the quietness of the north end of Aruba, and this house was the perfect location. We had everything we needed and just loved the outdoor kitchen, which we used every morning for our coffee and every evening for Balashi’s!

Absolutely perfect location, clean apartment, and fantastic hosts!

My wife and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary in Aruba and had the best time staying in this apartment. Being with 90 seconds of a walk from the best beach in Aruba, and 10 minutes from awesome restaurants made our trip convenient and super enjoyable!
