Loved staying here! The property was quiet and just outside of town, which we prefer. Everything was very handy inside, and Jerry was so amenable as a host and very accessible if we needed anything. Quite comfortable!

It was a great place to stay. Jerry was very friendly and met us when we arrived. The flat was very clean and tidy with full size cooker, microwave and a small dishwasher.

Jerry was very friendly and welcoming; he made sure I knew where everything was and let me borrow his hiking guides to plan my next day. Very helpful! The place itself is as advertised. The bed was comfortable, the unit had an individual AC/heat unit, and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall, I would stay again if I were back in the area.

The place was very clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing! My husband and I had the best sleep in years. Jerry is great about communicating with you to make sure your stay is great. The bathroom had plenty of room and the shower pressure was great! If I’m ever in the area, I would definitely stay here again.

After a terrible travel day, this great little spot was exactly what we needed. Comfortable and well stocked with nice amenities. Jerry was super helpful with suggestions and even let us use his trail book/maps. We wish we would have stayed longer.

Great find!!

This was such a great find! This rental was just as it was listed…..clean, comfortable, and cozy! It was such an easy process with great communication from start to finish. Jerry checked in with us making sure we had everything we needed. It was very clean and so close to surrounding activities & events. I will definitely book this place again!

Sweet apartment for 2. Very clean and comfy. Didn’t need anything. Plenty of towels, heat, incoming light. We loved that the owner - who lived upstairs- left a detailed book with instructions for heat, dishwasher, locking up, lights as well as area restaurants and necessary phone numbers

My wife and I have been residents of the Mount Washington Valley for 33 years, and were vacation homeowners for 8 years before that. We are retired, and spend a great deal of time enjoying all of the great features that this area brings. This vacation rental is in our home, and we take great pride in it, and expect everyone to have the same respect for it while visiting. We are on a quiet country road, that is well forested, and safe. Great to walk, sit outside, or just relax. Minutes for skiing, shopping, golf, amusements, and restaurants makes this a very convenient location. Enjoy
