This place is extremely cozy with lots of natural light. It is a great location where it's close enough to town but not too far out. The tap water is good. The area between the 2 front doors is very nice for hiking gear and muddy/wet clothes. The AC in the kitchen is insanely loud and there is a smell upon entrance that we couldn't place. It's not terrible but you will need to have the dehumidifier downstairs or an air purifier on. I loved this place and would definitely stay here again.

This was better than staying in a hotel with my two kids! So close to Cranmore and all the cute shops in North Conway. Private location with nice winter scenery out our windows. I wish there was a privacy shade or blinds in the bathroom. It’s rustic and cozy, not super modern and polished. Perfect for a New Hampshire weekend away.

I fell in love with the North Conway area as an adult, and I only wish my family had discovered it sooner. Being an avid outdoors person, downhill skiing was the big attraction for me. After several years, however, I grew to appreciate all the other riches the area has to offer, like great restaurants, shopping, and activities I would have loved as a kid (like Storyland and Monkey Trunks Alpine slides, and much more). Now I’m glad to have the opportunity to rent Abbott Brook Chalets out, and share the wealth of the area. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I have!
