ライトハウスポイントを一望できるスタジオです。 フルサイズのマーフィーベッド。 使いやすい 。 3階建てコンドミニアムユニットの1階ユニット。 コンドミニアムプールからステップ内のプール。 多くの更新 座ってリラックスして、朝のコーヒーで日の出を見てください。 プールへのステップ。 ビーチへの私有入口へは歩いてすぐ。 ポンパノビーチのビーチには新しいレストランがあり、近日オープン予定の新しい桟橋があります。 ここでは、ビーチへ行くこと、釣り船に乗ること、地元のレストランやアトラクションへ水上タクシーを利用することから、たくさんのアクティビティがあります。 このコンドミニアムが帰宅するのは今回が初めてです。 最初に書くレビューがありません。 コンドミニアムのユニットの写真の中には、大時計があります。

Outstanding location, beautiful views, great pool, short, walk to the beach. Everything was outstanding.

Great location! Beautiful view!

Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely go back again! Just enough room for the two of us. The view was definitely worth it . We enjoyed walking the lovely neighborhood as well.

Vacation in Paradox

Firstly, the location of the unit is spectacular. Beautiful view overlooking the Hillsboro Inlet and Lighthouse with multi-million dollar yachts passing in and out all day and night. The complex is positioned perfectly and sits on a cove facing the lighthouse, inlet, ocean and some excuisite homes. The paradox comes from the condition of the unit which is a studio with a Murphy bed. The unit and mostly, the furnishings, are tired, old and definitely in need of replacement. The bed has a memory foam mattress and was comfortable, although it is only a full size bed and when opened, it is quite tight navigating around the room. With a little TLC, this would be a lovely unit.

Thank you for the review. Its a great place and I will be down in April to update the furnishings.Its does have a Murphy bed, best thing tp do it put it up first thing, this way you have all that room.

Million dollar view!

We enjoyed this cozy condo with a view of the Hillsboro Lighthouse and Inlet--and the ocean. The location was convenient to the beaches, restaurants, and other attractions in the area. Peaceful ocean breezes and waves for a relaxing stay. Definitely would stay at this place again.

Perfect rental for a couple in Pompano Beach area

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Bill’s rental. My main concern was the Murphy bed and as we are both seniors I was afraid it would be uncomfortable. That was not the case. The bed was fine. The main plus of this unit is the view. You see the lighthouse and inter coastal from every room. The beach was a short walk away plus there were 2 heated pools. We enjoyed going out for Stoneys at Papa Hughies and having lunch at Nauti Dawg Marina Cafe. If you want to go in a private boat tour contact Captain Don at Perfect Timing Tours and he will pick you up at the dock at Hillsboro Inlet Park right next door. Did I mention the sunrise? Incredible! We hope to return next January.

Small with a great view

This property is great. Its a small studio condo perfect for one or two very COZY people. It has a great view of the bay and ocean where you can watch the boats pass by all day. Perfect for sunrises if you are a morning person. There is only one pool right now, as one is leaking, but plenty of space for visitors. There is also private beach access about 1/3 mile walk around the block. If you want a more public beach, Pompano Beach pier is about a 30-40 minute walk with some restaurants in between. The store on the corner, MacDonalds, is great for small groceries, beer, wine and snacks. They have the best chicken salad! I lived on that for days. There is Chinese and Italian restaurant within walking distance. I would definitely come back here again. The owner, Bill, was easy to deal with and responded very quickly to messages and questions. I look forward to coming back here again soon. Awesome property!!!

Thank you Deanna for the review. I love this place everything Deanna said is so true. The sunrise in the morning, the lighthouse at night, and walking on the beach is a great way to spend the day. I am glad you enjoyed the place as much as i do.

Studio at Lighthouse Point Pompeno Beach FL

The property was exactly the way described. There was a great view of the intercostal with a lot of boats entering and exiting the intercostal. The condo was very clean and well furnished. Bill, the owner was easy to contact and very helpful. The location was great.

Nice and quiet !

Really nice view and a it's a place to relax. The water is warm in the swimming pool. We always have a place to park the car. Good mattress in the bed and no noise at all. We use the 2 kayaks available at the place. We have a key for the access to the beach...very nice. This place is for two persons only ...it's a studio. Denis Lamoureux

Thank you Denis for your review. You are the first rental and our first review. We purchased the condo because of the million dollar view of the lighthouse directly in front of our private balcony. Although it is a smaller unit, sitting on the balcony and watching the boats go in and out of the inlet is where the magic happens. Our favorite times are spent with coffee on the balcony, watching the sunrise over the lighthouse and relaxing with wine watching the moon over the evening's lighthouse. We updated the entire condo for a clean and relaxing vacation for our guests. If you are interested to come back next year, let me know as 2020 is already being reserved.
