Condo was really cute and laid out well. Balcony was perfect for view of beach. Perfect location close to restaurants and stores overall great experience, only downside was main bedroom mattress needs replaced. Lumpy and hard. But would definitely stay again.

We had a great time, the amenities and space was perfect for our group! Easy walk to the beach, coffee shop and convienient store right across the street, and lots of restaurants and shopping within a few minute drive. The only complaint we have is that we had to go pick up the key and that we were only provided with one gain to get in and out of amenities. This made it difficult when we wanted to do different things on the property. We spoke with others that were given several.

Great family beach trip

This condo is located in West Beach of Gulf Shores. It’s a quiet area and very family friendly. The condo itself is well furnished in pretty much every area. My only issues were with the TV remote and a lack of sufficient paper products like toilet paper and paper towels.

This condo was in a perfect location in Gulf Shores. The check in procedure was easy, the condo was clean and had a remarkable balcony overlooking the ocean. It was perfect for my husband and I.

Great Vacation

Property was nice and the entire condo and beach are kept very clean. Unit was very quiet even though the elevator was right outside the door. King bed was very comfortable. Other bed not so much. Overall it was a great vacation!

Nice vacation

Good location, clean unit. Would have been nice to know about the beach construction happening right outside this building but it was obviously out of the owner’s control. Would stay again and would recommend this location.

Home away from home

Unit 904 was a beautiful, well laid out unit for the five of us. The kitchen provided the dishes we needed, the bathrooms were nice and clean, and having a slider in the master bedroom open to the beach was wonderful. We would stay in this unit again.

Great view

Great view . The living room furniture needs to be a little more comfortable. The master bedroom bed was comfortable. Rooms were spacious. Outdoor furniture needs to be cleaned a little. Well stocked kitchen. I’d stay again.

Good for what we needed

We enjoyed our stay here overall. I will say, reviews need to be paid attention to because I have the same complaints as past renters. Household supplies such as trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels need to be stocked based on length of stay. When we pay what we do for the rental, we shouldn’t have to go buy toilet paper and paper towels or dish washer pods, these things should be well stocked ahead of time.

Great view but mechanics need work

The A/C wasn’t working but we didn’t realize it. All the ceiling fans were on. Left it off thinking it froze up. Got it fixed Day we called that evening. Lost a day at beach. Then the slats in master bedroom started falling out. Then every time the furnace or water heater came on a horrible noise would ensue.

Good

The actual room was amazing. Clean and well furnished. AC worked well. Good water pressure. Comfy beds. Appliances worked well. We checked in on a Thursday and didn’t realize until Saturday that there was no extra toilet tissue in the room. The rolls on the dispensers were full, but no replacement. There was half a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and no extra trash bags in the cans. Had to go to Walmart and buy toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and laundry detergent (there was no complimentary detergents). Attempted to go to the condo office for more trash bags on Monday, but throughout our entire stay we never saw anyone working for the property other than security guards at night. We used our Walmart bags to collect our trash in. I was a little disappointed that there is no desk clerk to contact to get extra toiletries. I’ve never had to buy toilet paper or trash bags when staying at a property. Those are my only complaints, and they are minor inconveniences. Also, be aware that on the morning of our check in day I received a text from the property manager that we had to arrive between the hours of 3pm and 5pm at the property manager office to get the keys. That’s a pretty tight window when you’re coming from six hours away.

Our stay was very relaxing and wonderful!

I would love to stay at this condo again. I have never stayed higher than 3rd floor and this 9th floor view was amazing. Will try to always stay in an upper floor from now on.

Condo was exactly what we were looking for. Size and location was excellent . Only if thing that needs to be updated is the cooking wear, and bowls used for cereal or soups for kids. We purchased a pan ourselves so that we could cook breakfast in.

Great location

The only problem with this property was the drain in the garbage disposal sink. When the dishwasher was on it would back up into the sink. Other than that, everything was beautiful, clean, and excellent
