Air conditioning unit needed service while I was there. Staff was responsive in having the repair done. The villa was fine but it could use some paint and updates.

A good stay

The listing, communication and instructions were as described. It was nice to be at ground level, no stairs to climb or multi levels in the unit. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. Kapalua Bay was a 10 minute walk, saving the headache of trying to find parking at the beach. Very nice community!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Excellent location & Great Value

We loved everything about our stay here at the golf villa. The service was excellent, and the process from beginning to end was seamless. I would definitely recommend this property, and overall would give an overall rating of 5 stars. The views of the golf course and ocean was beautiful. The only slight negative for me was the carpets had some stains and could have used a carpet cleaning. The property management company Sullivan Properties was very responsive and proactive by checking in with me a few times to make sure our needs and even wants were satisfied.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was poorly maintained. The odor of mold was very strong. The shower in bathroom did not work, but they did repair it. The toilet seat in 2d bathroom was unstable. Great views.

Nice condo but…

Good location, nice views but the unit wasn’t up to date , AC in bedroom not working, dirty ceilings , old smell in unit , we had to wash everything so we can give a better smell to the unit, the master bedroom bed was like a rock hard, we end up sleeping on the living room sofa , my wife called the property management and a lady name Kery was not friendly at all, other than that , the kitchen is nice and has all the amenities.

Beautiful property location!

Very nice place. Could have been cleaner with attention to detail line scuffed dirty walls! Needed some fresh paint! Also could have used newer pillows on sofa and a newer not so dated bedspread. Everything just seemed old. Also the TV in living room was very difficult to operate. One very important thing is the shower near the bedroom we were unable to use! The pulley ti get the water fir a shower was completely stuck! Other then those things the view was spectacular with a wonderful Lanai!

Past the lock, it’s really a great value

My spouse and I stayed over the holidays, and the cost of this villa was incredibly low for its beautiful location. It was very comfortable: and the patio was lovely. The only frustration we incurred was the lock and key entry which was very awkward; a keyless entry would be a wonderful update.

Excellent location and views !!!

This was a great property with views of the Napili Bay..beautiful sunset view as well..overall, property was great. Only issue we had was that the pillows were smelling bad the first night. Perhaps, wasnt dried well. I called the property maintenance and they replaced it next morning..

Kapalua golf villa

The checkin process was easy and response from Sullivan property was prompt. Pleasant views as described from this middle level unit. A pleasure to have beach towels available. The property is only a partial remodel. Carpet was dated and worn and bathroom toilets and showers were dated. The portable A/C in the Master Bedroom was loud with temporary plywood installation The Master Bedroom toilet ran every 4-5 hours. The furnishings showed signs of wear and tear. The unit still needs work but could be very nice once a complete remodel is performed. Thank you!
