We strive for complete comfort and cleanliness. As you can see in many of our reviews, other guests remark that our place is very clean and comfortable. All linens and towels are laundered and fresh and changed between every guest stay. The carpet has been routinely cleaned and is vacuumed before every guest checks in. The patio furniture is Outdoor furniture; sorry, but it often gets covered by pollen right after we clean it this time of year. The sink stopper was down, the sink not clogged. We provide an air mattress per guest request. We were not aware of a leak. The air mattress has been removed and will be checked. Finally, we have no control over WiFi issues. Last time a guest called us with issues, we contacted the service provider and they identified the problem as a local network issue in area and resolved it promptly. As stated, most of our guests have had a great experience staying with us. We are not perfect, but we do strive to provide excellent service and comfort.

Sorry for the problem. Our previous guest did not inform us of having pets. Our house keepers must not have thoroughly checked and cleaned the couch and loveseat. I will inform them to be sure to check after every guest.

Wow, let me start by saying I have never had a guest get a screwdriver and ladder to go around the house and check every air filter. And then, proceed to inspect every aspect of the house to fill out a complaint list that is not even true. In fact, they never contacted us to complain about any problems while there.The air filters are changed on a regular basis. They were due to be changed in June, that is why the filter was in laudry room. Before every guest arrives, the house is cleaned. We clean every counter top, every sink, scrub the toilets, showers, and clean/polish the tables. The entire house us freshly vacuumed. We just cleaned the carpets about a month ago, but admit they need replaced. We have set up 3 different contractors, and thus far, non have shown up to do the job. The carpet IS CLEAN though. All the Linens, mattress coversand Towels are laundered after every stay, and there ARE NOT ANY STAINS on the matress covers. The grass waa cut right before guest arrived and clipping were swept out of patio, however, we had some very windy days and I am guessing some grass blew back onto patio. All dishes, pots and pans are washed in dishwasher by previous guest and put away by them obviously, a dishwasher may not get everything spotless, even though it is new. The patio door trim does need painted. I am doing it this week. If you read our post reviews, you will see that most people comment the house is clean and cozy. I have never had a guest go through the house to find as many things as the could to complain about, (some true, most not). I really wonder if they were paid by other host competitor in this area? Anyway, the carpet will be replaced soon, painting door trim done, and bathroom vents cleaned and/or replaced.
