新しく改装されたこの豪華なアパートは、受賞歴のあるインテリアデザイナーによって設計および作成され、あらゆる点で最高水準をお届けします。 快適さとスタイルでリラックスする場所が必要な場合は、もう見ないでください。

有名なグレートマーケットホールのすぐ後ろの静かな通りに完全に位置し、ドナウ川の銀行とリバティブリッジからわずか数歩の場所にあります。 メトロ3および4駅と「観光」トラム＃2停留所は、アパートから徒歩4分です。

アパートは1897年に裕福な魚とザリガニの商人であるアドルフウィッテンシュタインによって建てられた、美しく改装された保護された建物の3階（真新しいエレベーターが設置されています）にあります。

アパートには、真鍮製の取っ手が付いたオリジナルの木製窓や重い折りたたみ式シャッターなど、古い遺産の一部が保管されていましたが、同時に私たちは本当にユニークなものを作りたかったのです。

フロアプランでは、寝室がリビングルームエリアに組み込まれます（天井が高いため）。階段が続き、2階のクイーンサイズのベッドに続きます。 バスルームはスリーピングエリアの下にあり、独立したトイレは控え室にあります。

フラットにはたくさんの収納スペースがあり、クローゼットもあります。クローゼットには、必要な洋服やアクセサリーをすべて収納できます。 同じ部屋には鏡付きの洗面化粧台と洗濯機と乾燥機が組み込まれたハイテクがあります。 キッチンアイランドの周りの応接間は4人を簡単に収容でき、キッチンには誘導コンロ、トップクラスの電子レンジとオーブン、電気ケトル、トースター、コーヒーマシンなどが完備されています。

Great location and wonderful host

Excellent location, tasteful renovation with many historical elements retained. Day and night, both without much street noise (not much traffic, no partying, etc.). Extremely clean.

Gabor is a fantastic host. He met us at the apartment and gave us a tour of how everything worked. The apartment was very new and clean, in a safe building and on a quiet street. The unit was top floor with an elevator. The apartment was walkable to all the main sights. It was hot during our stay and the AC worked very well. The apartment also had in-unit washer and dryer which were excellent, and there was lots of space to hang clothes. We didn't cook, but the kitchen looked well stocked. Be aware of the lofted bed, however it was comfortable and didn't bother us at all. There was nice lighting on the staircase to get up and down at night. Overall, 10/10 apartment and host, and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

4 days to discover Budapest

We had a great week in Gabor’s apartment. Everything was ok and this flat is well equiped with a good location to visit Budapest. Gabor gave us a warm welcome with a lot of information and good tips !

Gorgeous, quirky apartment

We loved staying in this beautiful apartment in Budapest. The photos are 100% accurate and the apartment was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Gabor, the owner, couldn't have been nicer or more responsive. He answered questions quickly, gave us great advice, and was really lovely to work with. While we really liked the apartment, it might not be right for all travelers and so I want to mention a couple of quirky things about it. The most notable, potentially problematic thing is the bed. As shown in the photographs, the bed is located atop a loft in the middle of the apartment. To get to/from the bed, you have to climb up a narrow stairway and then crawl (or stoop) over to the bed. If you get up at night to go to the bathroom, this can be a bit of a hassle. If there are two people sleeping in the bed, the person on the "far side" has a bit of extra maneuvering to do to get across the bed and down the stairs. The bed's open location means that it also isn't insulated from noise or light coming from elsewhere in the apartment. If there are two people staying there, they'd need to agree on bed time. If you're a flexible person, this bed situation might not faze you at all. But it's something I would have liked to know about - so I'm mentioning it. The location is convenient for catching trams and getting around the city, but the neighborhood is a bit gritty and can be noisy.

L’appartement était parfait, moderne, bien équipé, bien situé avec une épicerie juste à côté et de nombreux restaurants. Juste à côté de la navette directe de l’aéroport! L’hôte était très avenant. Je recommande fortement!

The most comfortable loft

This apartment is the luxury stay in Budapest you are looking for. Stay here, you will not regret it. Really we have 0 complaints or thoughts for improvement. Gabor has thought of it all. A brand new remodel with TONS of natural light. SO MUCH STORAGE! A great bathroom and separate toilet. Spacious walk in coat closet and laundry room with a small desk for working or taking calls (if your loved one is sleeping at night like mine while I was working on Los Angeles time). The kitchen is well equipped, the long island with seating is perfect for dining or working on a laptop, chating with your loved one while cooking. The living room large and the furniture is comfortable. There is an amazon fire stick and a nice TV if you are into that. The bed is quite comfortable. The building was nice and felt safe, the neighbors in the building are friendly. You are 100m from the great market hall and the Aldi in it's basement, and ~500m from a larger Aldi. There is a 24 hour store not far away. This flat is also 5 minutes walk to the Danube, 5 minutes to the famous Vaci st. shopping district. 15 minute walk to Gellert thermal baths. From this flat there was essentially nowhere in the the inner city we couldn't reach within 20 minutes by walking or public transportation. Try a scooter from just down the street! On top of it all you will have the most gracious and friendly host.

Das Apartment ist außergewöhnlich schön. Alles ist sehr gut gestaltet und praktisch eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage in der Stadt ist sehr zentral und absolut ruhig. Der Vermieter ist top und sehr engagiert. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt.
