Uninterrupted north facing water views with exclusive use infinity pool and heated spa meters to Careel Bay Marina for easy boat access.
Suitable for a couple or a small family, max 2 adults and up to 2 kids. No additional house guests, day visitors or parties permitted. Host on site. Off street parking for one car in the driveway.
Recently renovated.
From the covered deck enjoy the magical views with pelicans, parrots and sea eagles calling the bay home, see the Palm Beach seaplanes taking off to Eastern suburbs.
Stunning sunsets with unlimited activities at your door step, lap swimming in the bay or swim in your own pool, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking (available to rent from the marina), fishing, boating,.

- Short boat rides to beautiful Basin lagoon, Palm Beach, fantastic Church Point Italian restaurant/Café, stunning Akuna Bay, Cottage Point (water taxi pick up meters away from the marina).

Blissful escapism!

This property is such a welcoming, well appointed, retreat from the real world. Divine views, lovely saltwater pool and very quiet. The house was thoughtfully stocked with good quality toiletries, tea, coffee etc. Even a chilled bottle of wine and fresh milk were in the fridge. Simon was very responsive to any questions and has created a lovely place to completely chill! Thank you !

Perfect Stay in Avalon

Amazing stay! The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Great location, close to the beach and shops. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay

Staying at Careel Bay for 2 nights was a Christmas present for my son and family who were visiting me from the US. They thought it was wonderful, perfect for a small family, fabulously located for exploring and, most of all, for relaxing at the end of the day in the pool staring at the view. Simon was extremely helpful and the process went without a hitch. Heartedly recommend.

A great beach getaway

We had a wonderful mini break in Avalon. We could watch the bay from the spa for hours! Just a 5 min drive to the beach and great restaurants, our favorite being Alma. Beautifully appointed with a lovely welcome bottle of wine! Would thoroughly recommend.

So peaceful

Loved our stay. Me and my partner work hard and decided to go away for a relaxing trip to Avalon. The host Simon was so attentive, responded really fast and made us feel welcome. I loved how quiet the neighbourhood is. Felt safe, content & cosy!

My new happy place

I have fallen in love with the northern beaches and Avalon in particular! Our stay in this wonderful setting and lovely home ticked all the boxes… everything we needed and wanted. Beaches, coffee shops and exceptional hosts in Simon and Sanya … The only thing that would have made it better would have been another week or two there!

What a view!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The view, pool and spa were incredible. The stay was very comfortable, with a slight exception to the drain smell (which went away when you opened the doors and lit candles). Simon was an attentive host and made the check in process easy. Lots on your doorstep, cafes and restaurants. Would stay again.

Great escape with the family

Spent 3 nights with the family at this beautiful property. It is perfectly located with sweeping views on a quiet and private street, right by the water. You get exactly what you see in the listing pictures - modern, stylish, clean and exclusive. A short drive to great cafes and restaurants in Avalon or Palm Beach or just kick back and enjoy a barbie and a splash in the pool with the kids. We highly recommend this property and hope to be back soon.

Very Relaxing

Super friendly hosts and a mesmerising view. You can sit on the deck for hours, staring into distance, with sailing boats in the foreground and bushland in the distance. The spa is also a treat!
