You deserve to relax. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet overlooking Newport Beach. Wake up to kookaburras in the trees with the sunrise and fresh salt air. Ocean views from almost every room with open plan living dining and fully equipped kitchen. 4 generous and comfortable bedrooms 3 with ocean views. King in the master with gorgeous en-suite. You don’t even need to lift your head to watch the ocean below. Double/single bunk in the kids room and 2 other queen bedrooms with large tvs. The full main bathroom has a shower over huge corner bath with shampoo/conditioner and body wash provided. The outdoor bath is a must too. Please ask about longer stays.

Loved the kitchen/entertaining space, with views to the ocean. Main bedroom large, cosy with the best views! Perfect property for the warmer months. Street parking can be crowded with no allocation at the property.

The views and vibe were exactly as the photos show. We wish we had more time to really enjoy the property but it was perfect for our small gathering with close friends and family. Host went out of their way to return some items we left behind, and this was MUCH appreciated. We’d come again tomorrow.

Amazing location and amazing host

We loved Lee’s place, especially the amazing views from the balcony and master bedroom. Heaven! And Lee was so responsive on message and very helpful giving us late check out when our car broke down!

Newport Stay

Comfortable and well appointed home with an amazing ocean view in a leafy setting. Clean and hygienic in every respect from beds and linen to fridge and floors. House provides both a great gathering space and private bedrooms. Very happy we stayed there.

Amazing view, beautiful home

I stayed here with a group of friends and it was just perfect. The view is breathtaking and the house is really well stocked and presented. Parking was easy but beware it's at the bottom of a pretty steep hill! Great location, easy to get to shops, beaches, restaurants etc. I would highly recommend this to families or friends looking for a stunning spot on the Northern Beaches.

Spectacular view!

House was in a wonderful location with spectacular views! We had three couples and three small children with us and we all fitted well. Beds were all comfortable. Lee was a very responsive host.

Newport is awesome. It has a great selection of small bars cafes and restaurants, boutiques, supermarket and everything you would ever need. Plus the famous The Newport is just down the road.

My home is known to provide a lovely chilled place for families to enjoy. Has a great kitchen for entertaining and the views speak for themselves. My outdoor bath is a fan favourite too.
