The condo was beautiful and we had room enough for the 5 adults and 3 toddlers. The view and amenities were excellent. AC would have been a plus but we were able to have a breeze with all the windows and doors. We had the best time.

The host was wonderful, the unit was wonderful and the area was wonderful. Loved everything about it. It was clean, spacious, beds comfortable, views amazing, the amenities had something for everybody. Parking was easy. Wish we could stay longer but would definately stay here again. Highly recommend the host and the unit. Thank you so much.

Eveything about this property was amazing. It was super spacious and clean. They provided everything we needed. Towels for the beach, beach chairs, sand toys, boogieboad and more! The best part of this property was the view!!! Absolutely breathtaking! The condo is a little outdated but it didnt matter because the location, view and cleanliness was 10/10. Highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back!

Location was great! Most beautiful views! The property itself could use a litte TLC. The dishwasher and freezer had minor issues that we were able to fix on our own.The property was perfect for me,my husband, 3 daughters and my parents! Would stay again!

Incredible views & spacious home

The views from this balcony & living area are incredible. We spotted several whales while we were enjoying our time outside. The no AC was not an issue, the condo has fans and the breeze is nice coming off the ocean and into the condo. Plenty of space in the kitchen for cooking & enjoying meals in. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great Ocean Side Condo Amazing Views

We went for our special New Years vacation. We were very impressed with very large layout and dual balcony. The ocean views from balcony were amazing. The kitchen and dual bathrooms were well equipped enough to handle our 6 person group. The pool and hot tub were nice relaxing spots to escape. This truly a top location and condo rental. The only issue was the downstairs bar/ restauraunt under construction was not available by completion date.

Cute place, right on the ocean!

Very clean and very easy getting checked in. I would definitely stay here again. Just one heads up, you are right on the beach and the waves are loud, they really really break load on this beach. Nice area, would recommend.

This particular property is fantastic. Everything in the condo room was perfect. So well equipped. However the overall resort property, is a little run down, though the condo owner can’t do much about that. The beds will probably need to be replaced soon. We had some sore backs. We wished it had AC but even in the middle of July, we didn’t need it.

Beautiful views

The property is beautiful but dated. There are gas BBQ on site, full stove with coffee maker and toaster. The only couple of issues, the check in process. Called the Sullivan Property because front desk had no authorization or confirmation to release the keys. Called and Steve answered at 2:30PM told me that he will call the front counter and let them know but that our check in is at 3PM. Steve called or transferred me 3 times, not sure why but all 3 times got disconnected and call ended. Called a 4 and Steve stated he was trying to see if the house cleaned person would answer to let him know it was ready. But the he stated to call back at 3PM and that is our check in time. Came back to check in counter after 3PM and Sullivan Property was closed and the front office never responded or gave them authorization. The front office people were very friendly and helpful, she provided the keys to enter property. The room was not very well cleaned and there was sand all over the apartment, having to clean befor really enjoying the place. The balcony sliding glass door is impossible to open and the screen as well.

Clean property, great view.

Overall a nice, clean condo with beautiful views. The elevator was not working for 6 days out of 8 days, was tiring to climb 7 flights up after a long day of swimming and hiking. I dont know how the elderly folks who stayed did it.

Great time at Sands of Kahana

Sands of Kahana was a great place to stay! The unit was comfortable, clean, supplied with what we needed, and had the most incredible views and a great beach. Lots to do and see in the area with incredible restaurants and shopping nearby.

We had the trip of a lifetime staying at this beautiful condo. It truly was just as beautiful being home as doing all the “Maui” getaways. This unit was perfectly stocked for a family stay from toys to kitchen essentials. Looking out the window you can see the pool, vacationers and many a turtle. We loved our stay ❤️

Beautiful view

The unit was clean and had GORGEOUS views! Saw whales, monk seals and turtles from the balcony everyday. There is no AC, but with the sliding doors to the balcony and the windows in the kitchen create and nice breeze. Highs were upper 70's and we were comfortable. The building itself could use some help. Slow elevators, pool and hot tub needed to be cleaned.
