Dated condo but close to Peak 9 base
Overall the stay wasn’t terrible but there were some issues we ran into. First, the SkyRun company changed over their payment program and somehow missed a fee to charge me for the rest of the amount I owed. So on the day of check in, I got a message saying that I owned an additional 38 and they would not give us the check in code until this was settled. While this is not the biggest issue ever, it was an annoyance that shouldn’t have happened to begin with. The property itself was fine. It is a third floor unit, which was not specified in the property details. There is no elevator so for anyone with disabilities, it is not accessible (this was not an issue in our group, though). The front door was sticky and was often hard to open without slamming the door open after unlocking it. All of the furniture is dated and would benefit from replacement. One of the recliners in the living room is broken and the seat is nonexistent in it. The mattresses are 50/50. Some are good others are extremely flattened and old. The place seemed generally clean but could probably use a good deep cleaning. There was a leak in the roof/ceiling that was disclosed to us upon check in but it worsened over the time of the trip. SkyRun as a whole was not awful but be aware that they will only provide 3 small trash bags for your stay (no matter length) then expect you to purchase our own after. For a condo meant to sleep 8-12 that is not enough bags. Hot tub closes at 8 not 10 per listing.
