Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood. The home was clean, and the beds were super comfy. The host, Rose, was exceptionally responsive and gracious. We appreciated her flexibility. The check in process was smooth. Overall an excellent stay. We would definitely stay there again!

Our first trip from San Diego to Massachusetts to drop my son's girlfriend off at college was made perfect thanks to this wonderful VRBO!Our host, Rose, made the check-in process incredibly easy. Walking in, the home was instantly welcoming, it was beautifully cool and smelled so clean. Every single room looked exactly as pictured online. We slept comfortably every night because all the rooms are equipped with fans or A/C units. Having a private driveway for off-street parking was also a huge convenience.This is such a cute, convenient home away from home. We highly recommend it!

Great neighborhood!

We were traveling to a horse show for 2 nights and this was a close and safe home. Comfortable beds and amazing water pressure in the shower! Very clean as well.

Nice place

Very clean, good host, well stocked kitchen, good location in Springfield, good beds and bathrooms, quiet. Living room and dining room have very unusual dramatic red furniture and a throne chair, but we enjoyed the eccentric touch.

If you are staying in Springfield, THIS is the place for you! The charm of a New England home with the flexibility to have several places for your family to meet up and relax. All appliances were new. I had trouble with the thermostat, and the host was most accommodating to assist. I had additional family that came up to visit after a wedding, and the home was able offer comfort and cozy stay that was appreciated. Please read all the additional options that make the stay most convenient. I would definitely stay again!!!

Awesome amenities

More amenities than any other place- soaps, shampoos, lotions, candy, free water, and $2 cans of Bud Light if you want them. Living room area was great; couches so comfy. 4 bedrooms which were plenty for our sister/auntie/niece trip. So easy to get in and out. Will definitely consider again if staying in the area.

Good place to stay that’s affordable

Rose was a great host. Neighborhood is quiet and the house was clean and tidy. It was definitely a great value for our stay. It’s not perfect but if you’re looking for perfection this is not the site for you.

Great Stay

My boyfriend and I booked this place unexpecting of what is was going to be like. Rose and her are a super helpful team. Anytime there was a slight issue it would be fixed in a matter of seconds, and everything was in pristine condition. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay and would love to experience this again. Will definitely book with Rose again.

Spacious and clean

My group of six had a pleasant stay at this house for the weekend. It was clean and comfortable, and had an AC in pretty much every room which is great for the summertime. The front door has a keypad so you put in the code to unlock. There was plenty of seating area in the living room and dining room and lots of clean towels for bathroom.

Very nice place

The house was clean, well decorated and stocked. A all around. Only downside, the info stated there was a hot tub but there was not a hot tub. Also i tried messaging Rose and i didnt get a response. Not sure if thats an app issue or not. Otherwise, I'd stay here again if needed

Clean homes in historical area with treats

We arrived to our new home to find cold waters in the refri and small chocolate treats waiting for us. The house has plenty of room and was clean as could be. Kitchen is well stocked with items needed for cooking, and the refrigerator even has internet and Pandora! Miss rose was available to help us and answer questions we had along the way. WiFi worked great and TVs had more shows and such that my kids could want. Neighborhood was nice and conveniently located to any needed items. Six flags is only about 15 min away also....this home is amazing!

“Upscaled” is not the first word I would use to describe this property even though it is the first word in the property description. The home is older and while clean is not light and bright as the picture of the living room would indicate. In fact, the rug and the couches are completely different. Most of the blinds were missing slats or did not operate to let light in. Rose was incredibly responsive and personable. I did find it disconcerting to have one of the kitchen drawers nailed shut, a car in the driveway (not ours) with the garage door open, overflowing with things, and a closet/alcove with no door with cleaning appliances and children’s toys in the kitchen. Loved all the towels in the bath. If you don’t mind staying in a home that needs updating or that has window AC units this would be a fine place to stay.

I also wanted to clarify a few of the concerns you mentioned. There was no car parked in the driveway during your stay, and while the garage is used for storage, it is not part of the guest rental. The storage areas are also not guest spaces, which is why they are not included in the listing. Co-Vid 19 Update! We always wiped down every surface with CDC approved cleaner, and wash all beddings after each guest with HOT water.

Cozy, Peaceful and Spacious home away from home! quiet home located just a few minutes away from Forest Park!

Attractions: Bright Nights in Forest Park, Big E, MGM Casino in Downtown Springfield, Basketball Hall of Fame, Six Flags New England, Golfing Course 7 minutes away, Springfield College, AIC, Western New England University , Bay Path, etc

Keypad is located on the front door. Code will be given after booking confirmation.

Other things to note
Feel free to ask me about renting space for special events - My house is ideal for birthdays, graduations, friends & family gatherings and retreat packages for small business, artist and wellness retreats.
- Additional guests are allowed but please let me know beforehand. No surprises.
* Additional fee may be applied; $50 for additional guest after 7 people and $50 for additional cleaning fees. And $150 fee for any event!

Just Updated:
I now provide a 14-passenger (15 including driver) van that is ideal for any events such graduations, weddings, parties, sport events, church services, funerals, and etc. I can also provide a driver if needed! Contact me if interested or anything questions on renting the vehicle!
