Great house and location

Wonderful house and location. Perfect space for our family of 4. Beach just a 1min walk across the road. House was clean and tidy and spacious. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful getaway!

We loved the location as it was close to nearby shops and Mollymook Beach. Very comfy spot with everything we needed and great views. We'd stay again.

Cute, tidy home on the most amazing beach!

Amazing location and view across the road from a beautiful, sheltered beach. 3 large rooms, all the essentials, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, walking distance to Bannisters and other beautiful restaurants.

No hairdryer provided. The mirror vanity in the bathroom/laundry impractical, small and the mirror part is too tall to reflect.Only a narrow usable mirror hung in the hallway outside bathroom. The rests in the bedroom only for decors and not user friendly.Visible cockroach baits in several areas of the residence. Kitchen is ok. Frying pans are non stick with scratches and worn. Must be replaced.Noise travels easily through walls, can be annoying for someone resting in the bedrooms.The bathroom taps make loud humming noise whenever is running.The entry wooden stairs are narrow, with gaps in between, not suitable for little kids or elderlies.

Perfect spot

Perfect spot for a few nights, small but great location, clean, good beds. No air conditioning which might make it a little less comfortable in the height of summer. Would rent again.

October weekend escape

This was a fabulous apartment to escape to for the weekend. Situated across the road from Mollymook beach, we fell asleep to the sound of waves crashing at night. We also loved the hot outdoor shower that allows you to wash off the beach before retiring to the apartment at night. We can’t wait to return!

Mollymook break

Position is amazing, Outdoor shower and balcony amazing, probably better in summer as you can use the outdoor couch. It was great but the lack of Pivacy in the master bedroom is not ideal and the indoor living lounge area a bit uncomfortable for relaxing, but everything else fabulous, we had a great time and our surfing obsessed boys were in heaven. SB

Great venue and enjoyed our stay there

Positives:1. A fantastic location, within close walking distance to the the beach and within 1.5km approx from Mollymook Golf Club. 2. The venue was clean, with fresh linen, clean crockery and with good amenities. Good size kitchen, great bathroom and washing machine. 3. Off street parking to the side of the home was available which was convenient. 4. There are sea views from the balcony, living areas and main bedroom. The venue is light and airy with a nice breeze from the sea particularly noticeable from the balcony5. Bedrooms all have double beds in them.6. Loved the balcony which even has a BBQ (though did not use it)7. Wifi was availableSome negatives:1. The TV is very small and TV reception was iffy. However the accommodation was well stocked with board games which brought the family together.2. Wifi reception was patchy at times. 3. The venue does not have any built in aircon or ceiling fans so it does get warm when closed up. Fortunately opening the windows and door usually lets a lot of cool sea breeze air in. We did find a portable fan/cooler which was also handy.Overall we would definitely consider staying there again. Despite the negatives outlined above, I would give it 4.5/5 stars as it was a pleasant stay. We are still awaiting the return of the bond which we were advised takes 7-10 days.

Excellent location and very comfortable house

The location is excellent, on a street running along the beach, on it's other side from the beach... There is an access/entry to the beach opposite the house. Nice water views from the balcony/terrace... Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds...

Mollymook Beach Classic

Classic beach holiday home with open spaces that captured great light and sea breezes. Beach across the road and a big back yard for family cricket match. Very well appointed with everything you needed. Will definitely be back.

Terrific stay, only downside was it was a particularly hot weekend and there weren’t any fans or a/c in the house.

Location A+ What a Gem!!

This little gem is literally across the road and a 30-second walk to Mollymook beach! The property is so lovely, clean, and bright, and it has a great balcony with an amazing view of the beach (good for watching the sunsets and sunrises!). The only thing I can fault is the fact that the entry door to the house and the door/windows on the balcony don't have blinds, which I found made it a little difficult for privacy considering you can see into the apartment from the street but apart from that, we had no issues! My partner and I enjoyed the easiness of getting around from our location, we even walked up to the Mollymook Golf Club for dinner on our last night and it only took 15-20 minutes! There are so many nice little cafes, eateries, and restaurants to choose from close by, you have a good variety to choose from. We really enjoyed our stay, and only wished we could have stayed longer! Thank you for providing such a lovely space and making our first holiday so enjoyable! We will be bringing our daughter along next time, we know she will love it as much as we did!
