This property was nice on the inside. Some of the remotes and TVs did not work properly. Parking was horrible. They have a 1 car garage but it was always blocked so we only park in the garage twice and we stayed 9 days. I called the manager they got the car blocking the garage moved but they blocked the garage the rest of the time we were there. The outside needs some work and cleaning. The area is not the best area to stay in. The manager was very nice and tried to fix the TVs upstaris but one tv and remote still didn't work. It needs a new shower head in the shower upstairs because water leaked out under the shower door. We kept a towel by the door to prevent water damage. The bathrooms needed a good cleaning. The sinks in the upstairs bathroom are so tall you can't properly use them. They need to lower the vanity holding the sinks. Some of the chairs had brojen wobbly legs and someone could get hurt if they sat in one of the broken chairs. I will not stay here again for these reasons.

Terrible

Never got to stay because we were locked out and try to call. Nobody answered the phone they were ignoring us on purpose. Had to get a hotel. I'm happy I did not stay because the neighborhood was ran down. It was not really clean. After getting locked out I kept calling, luckily we had our luggage in the car. I ended up leaving my jacket because we could not get back in. Lost out on alot of money. Never would use this app again.

Cleanliness and great for family

The house was super clean, all amenities provided by owner, location of the the house resemblance of where I used to grow up in Detroit (nothing bad, just more of run down). The location was actually great for us as it's about 12 min from Vietnamese downtown, which we visited daily while in town. The only negative are the sinks being too tall for all of us, I'm 5.5ft short and had to use provided stool while brushing my teeth (felt like a 5 years old kid), you have to be 6.5ft to be able to use the sinks properly. There was an overflow of drainage from the AC unit which caused the water flow out to the bottom of the staircase case. I texted owner and the problem was taken care of within a few hr.

Newly Remodeled

Property was very nice. Recently completely remodeled. Stayed two weeks. Found many great restaurants nearby. Unit was quiet. Owner was easy to contact for any questions we had.
