Good place to crash at the end of the day

The place was in a quiet neighborhood. It was ok on the clean scale. The entrance outside was a mess from tree debris. The beds were comfortable. The water in the master shower was barely warm. I would stay again, but don't have high expectations.

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

The house was good for 3 of us. The inside was fine. HOWEVER, upon arriving it was dark with only a porch light that did NOT light up the driveway. The driveway was broken up. I found the driveway to be very difficult to walk on. My 85 year old mother-in-law almost fell. The front door code did not work. The beds were uncomfortable. The mattresses seemed old. In addition to the mattress issue, the sheets were very wrinkled due to being too large for the mattress. The mattress I tried sleeping on had a deep divit that I could not roll out of. The shower in the master bathroom needs cleaned around the edges. It had no where to put shampoo, etc. The edge of the kitchen sink needs cleaned. There were not enough garbage cans,or liners.The venting for the dryer left the laundry room wet. MIL almost fell in there. Master bathroom door was broken with promises to fix the next day, but never happened. There were no fans in the bathrooms. The "owner" walked in on us without knocking. bathrooms. Pleasant by sneaky

This was for my grandson and his parents. They felt a little intimidated by the 'sneaking around' part of the stay. They were warned it was breaking deed restrictions. That part was very uneasy for all.

No Hot Water in Master Shower

I rented this house because of the walk-in shower, so that my 80 year old in-laws wouldn't have to climb in and out of a tub/shower. We never had hot water in the master shower. Another customer from 2 years ago said they had no hot water. So either this is an on-going issue or it's never been fixed. If the owner knew there was no hot water, we should have been informed before we rented the house. I would have booked another house. We were asked to send a message when we had checked out. I sent the owner a message when we left and told him there was no hot water. It's been 4 days now, no response back. The house was nice and clean and in a great neighborhood. My only other complaint, which is minimal, there were 4 closets and there were maybe 10 coat hangers in the master closet. We all pretty much just lived out of our suitcases.

Everything was good except the master shower.

The location was perfect for what we needed this trip. The local park was great for the kids the home was clean except for about 8 spiders we killed while there but that’s just TX. The yard was great for the kids and we even used the bbq grill one night for dinner, washer and dryer worked great as we did a load of laundry while there. The only thing that didn’t work was the master shower it did not get HOT at all and we all had to share the smaller bathroom at night for showers/baths. All and all was a good stay and if we ever need to come back I’ll try to book again.

Great vacation spot for our family!

We loved the house. What an amazing price for the area. The property manager was quick to answer all of my questions. The rooms were just as pictured. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cups, plates, silverware etc. There was laundry pods available, and the washer and dryer are great! The dishwasher didn't work and the main light in the master suite didn't work either. It didn't bother us much because we simply hand-washed what few dishes we did use; and used lamps in the bedroom. Other than that; it was great. Beautifully remodeled. There are smart televisions easy to log into with your username for hulu, amazon, netflix if you wanted. There are some holes in bathroom walls where towel bars have been moved (but I wasn't there to stare at bathroom walls). I loved the security features. It made me feel at home. We will share this location with family members.
