Enjoyable stay close to beach

Our family loved this place within close proximity to the beach and Port Elliot attractions. The house was as advertised and a beautiful home with modern kitchen, comfortable beds, bathrooms and good views over the ocean and neighbouring township. We highly recommend this stay for larger families.

Perfect location

Walking distance into town & easy access to the beach. Amazing coastal views. Property was clean & well presented. Plenty of room for all the family with 10 of us in total staying. Will certainly return.

Fantastic

Spotlessly clean, spacious, beautiful views, comfy beds and perfect location. Minutes to the beach and only a 15 minute walk to the town centre. Probably the most well equipped kitchen of any holiday house I've ever stayed in. It has everything you need and more.

Great weekend away

Top quality property for a group of friends to catch up for a weekend away. Multiple living areas, two outside decks with one well protected from the weather and bedrooms set off away from living areas for a quiet nights sleep. Short walk to the beach and Port Elliott within walking distance too. Huge value for money. Thank you very much for having us!

Family getaway

A beautiful place to stay while exploring the coast or chilling back and watching the water from the gorgeous home. Everything was beautiful and well thought of. All beds were very comfortable and we loved the view from each room. The house was perfect size to entertain our adult children. Will definitely come back when it’s warmer.

Boomer Beach stay!

Beautiful property that is wonderfully appointed with everything you could need. Immaculately presented, clean and tidy. Tasteful decor throughout. Our family had a beautiful holiday. The only downside is that the queen bed mattress in front room of bottom floor was too soft which meant not a good sleep. Apart from that it was great.

Great Easter Weekend at this beautiful house

Great house, wonderfully suited to family groups, lots of space for children, fantastic views, most items supplied. I realise windows / screens are subject to sea spray etc and are difficult to keep clean, but even inside frames as well as outside could do with a really good clean, the screens in particular were dirty, the only disappointment when looking at the view of the sea. We'd definitely book this house again, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Relax on the balcony great views

Property is in a gorgeous part of Pt Elliot located high up on the hill so your views of the coast and islands are spectacular. Lounge on spacious balcony comfy to hangout, all weather dining/bbq area perfect for colder/windy nights. House is spacious and upstairs lots of windows with great views. Beds extremely comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Would love to return in summer to spend more time on the balcony. Excellent accommodation for large family or group of friends. Would highly recommend!

We had a fabulous relaxing time in Port Elliot. This house felt brand new, was clean and spacious.

The beach house had a very streamline booking and check in process. The house was exactly as described. It was exactly what we needed for a large family with great communal areas and pool room but also separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Great location and awesome sea views. Only slight inconvenience was having to hire linen externally, however this was very easily arranged through Victor Linen. Would definitely recommend this house for families or large groups of friends wanting to spend some time by the ocean.

It’s all about the views!!

This is a beautiful home, well maintained, perfectly positioned, and the views are amazing. We have stayed in Port Elliot many times, and generally stick close to The Strand, however, this area is a 5 min drive, or a 15min walk, and we found it relatively peaceful and relaxing. Within the home, there is everything you require in regards to kitchen necessities, dining area, entertainment and well appointed bedrooms to accommodate a large family. We traveled with two young children (4yo / 1yo), and although the upstairs can be closed off via a door leading into kitchen, it was nerve wracking keeping tabs of the little ones near the staircase, and as the backyard is not completely fenced off (after being advised it was), there was minimal time we utilized this area, but in saying this, we did spend most of our down time upstairs on balcony, which is completely safe for little ones. Overall, it was a nice experience, so close to the beach when weather permits, and the sunsets were a highlight each day. I would highly recommend this property, there are a lot of rules and regulations set by property management, understandable in this instance to safeguard the rental property, but if you can put this aside and just relax in this welcoming environment, you will enjoy your time with family and friends.

Stairwell needs attention. Sun streaming onto stairs and step before midway landing same colour.

Property overall very nice. However, Paid for cleaning in price of rental. Rubbish bin cavity in kitchen not clean and kitchen cupboard doors grubby. Also, have asked for action for safety of renters, on stairwell where two falls occurred due to sun and not enough colour definition on steps.
