Excellent location. Free city bus stop is at entrance of condo complex. More amenities than listed. The property even had spices! Excellent communication with the host.

4 nite stay for spring skiing. Perfect size and location for myself and my son. Bus to slopes picks up at end of parking lot. 50 yards to grocery shopping and ski rentals. We did have a rental car, could park it outside the unit.

Comfortable condo

The condo complex is old and could use a good upgrade, but the condo itself was very comfortable and spacious for 2 people. Kitchen was well stocked and clean, bathroom also clean, but lacked enough paper products. The condo is just a few minute walk to the free bus going either to the mountain or town, so very convenient. Also 5 minute walk to the grocery store, so didn't need a car, and very quiet.

Property was as described, very well stocked kitchen & everything in top working order. Very comfortable & walking distance to Walmart, grocery store & Christy Sports. Comfortable & convenient

We’ve rented many different condos at Steamboat, and this has been our favorite so far. The furniture is very comfy, fireplace works great, kitchen is well-appointed for making meals at home, and the condo stays very warm even when temps outside are below freezing. The free shuttle to the ski resort stops right at the entrance to the condo community, so it made getting to and from the slopes very easy and convenient. We will be back!

Very nice place and it was quiet even though it was close to a shopping area. Everything I needed was supplied in the condo.. A whole lot better than staying in a hotel. Hope to be able to stay there again.

Close to great!

Property is in a very good location, easy access to downtown, and walking distance to groceries. All was very clean and as described upon arrival. When we discovered that the washing machine in the unit was unplugged and full of smelly water, we called the property manager. We were told they were aware of the problem and we had been told in a check-in email about the issue. We verified that our email contained no such notice. To the PM’s credit, they did offer to let us wash clothes at their nearby office. Everything else was very good.

Nice place

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the unit besides the washing machine being inoperable and half full of stagnant water. When I did call the number to report the problems with the unit the people I spoke with did offer to send maintenance to fix the problems. If not for that we would be 100 percent satisfied with our stay. We would stay there again.

This Unit was in a very good location for us. Shopping Center, Grocery Store and restaurants within short walks. Free bus stops very close by. Apartment was clean and in good condition. We were happy with this booking.

Grandkids Visit

The property and location were excellent and as advertised. However, we arrived after dark and the poor outside lighting made it very difficult to find the condo. We understand that outdoor lights glaring through the windows is undesirable, so we recommend a before-dark arrival.

Great stay!

Great experience overall! The location was unbeatable - minutes from the shuttle bus to the mountain (only a 5 min bus ride!) and walkable to stores in the downtown area. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable and was filled with all the amenities you'll need. We had 4 people and had plenty of room!
