This place was very fun for a large group. Each of the bedrooms was like a little suite with adjoining sitting rooms. There were three very nice and private spaces. The common space was huge with lot's of seating, a good kitchen, and washer/dryer. The loft had plenty of sleeping space, but was very hot and dusty. The entire space is very fun and inviting, especially for a large group, but difficult from someone with allergies. The space was fine for our needs, but not quite as comfortable as some of our other stays.

Fun Stay Near Blanding

The facility truly was a barn, but nicely done and comfortable for our purpose. Water is trucked in so, not much for showers, but it's remote and worked for us. We would consider this location again. Thanks

Perfect cabin. Perfect area.

We've rented several of these properties. Each gets better than the last. Easy to find. Very convenient for Monument Valley, Canyonlands, even Arches. Intend to return as soon as possible.

We didn’t think we needed to bring salt, but it was just a tiny shaker/grinder that was almost gone so we ended up buying some in Blanding. They also had no foil, Saran Wrap or ziplock bags. The fridge is in rough shape. Broken drawers etc. Also one of the drawers in the kitchen was really difficult to pull out.

We're sorry the kitchen supplies fell short during your stay; you shouldn't have had to make a trip into Blanding for something as basic as salt, and we've already flagged the pantry staples and foil/wrap/bag supply for our team to address before the next guests arrive. We also appreciate the heads-up on the refrigerator drawers and the sticky kitchen drawer. These are exactly the kinds of wear-and-tear details that can slip between inspections, and we're getting eyes on both right away.

This was an Adventure

Staying in a barn with all the comforts was great. Still rustic but we all had a great time. No washing machine which was unfortunate but not a deal breaker. We loved the rooms which were each their own suite. And my younger 2 kids loved sleeping in the loft!
