I have stayed there for the last 3 years. Booking it at least 2 times a year for short stays. Very convenient and accessible. We had one problem with water, but we managed to work through it. We noted that the outside of the property is getting a little weather beaten. That is just the owner information focus. Thank you and hope to see you next August.

Cabin was a little warm inside no air conditioning only found one fan. The day we stay it was about 90 degrees outside. Cabin was nice and clean just if you are traveling in summer bring a fan with you.

Lovely stay

Great place to visit nstional parks

Everything was as described. Great place for a family or a group of friends. A bit of a drive to the parks but peace and quiet compensated for it.

Farm House Cabin was great!

This was a great location for us venture to Needles area of Canyonlands and the next day to Bridges National Monument. The cabin was very clean and well equipped, comfortable, quiet and just lovely.

Great place

The farmhouse was amazing. We loved the layout of it and how it accommodated our family. The location was great and the price was reasonable. If we went back down to the Canyonland area again I wouldn't hesitate to book nights here.

Great Rustic Cabin

Really neat cabin. We only stayed one night but the kids loved exploring the property. Its very rustic and natural. Great way to explore the area. Loved the deer!

Basecamp For Canyonlands/Bears Ears

Great "Farmhouse" to use as basecamp. Central location. Very clean & had everything we needed. Time to go explore everything this region has to offer!

Perfect for us!

We loved this home and would definitely stay there again. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We liked not being in town. It was located right between Monticello and Blanding. The pool table was an added bonus! I would recommend this home to everyone visiting southeastern Utah.

Farm house

We had a great time at the Farmhouse. It was clean. The beds were comfy, the pool table was a hit for the older kids. The hosts were great to work with. Loved how informative about the area they were.

Home away from home!

The house was wonderful for our stay! Plenty of room, warm and cozy and well kept. It was very clean and had a great layout for our purposes. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. The only issue we had was finding it in the dark...we didn't realize it was the first house on the way in! We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Felt like home.

Very clean. My Mom said “felt like home” Nice location. Enjoyed walking the roads and trails close to house. Excellent location to visit Arches, Canyonlands and Mesa Verde National Parks. Hope to return next year.
