Thank you Carlon! It was a great stay with our family, including our dogs. Great location to the Harbor. Fun to see the seals/sea lions in the morning. Beautiful to watch the sunset from the levy. Great restaurants within walking distance. Loved being able to take our dogs with us everywhere. The restaurants, the Skunk Train and even the mall! Super pet friendly town. The small home was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately the couch was not comfortable and the springs were popping through on two of the cushions, which made it difficult to sleep our third child. But we managed. Really great place for a family of 4 with dogs. Would appreciate a more definitive description on what is included on the outside. Our parking space was on the left of the home. But our back door access went to the right of the property where a picnic table and firepit was located. Do those belong to our unit? Or do they belong to the next door neighbors? We used them, and the neighbors never complained, but would be nice to know for sure in the listing. We BBQ'd on our front porch, and roasted hotdogs and marshmallows and ate smores and on the side picnic patio. It was amazing to have family time and be able to be in our own space together- like at home, but on a vacation. Thank you! We hope to come back some day.

As to the couch, YIKES, you are the first person to mention this, I have already shared the review with the owner as to have him repair or replace as soon as possible, Im so very sorry for that , my apologies for sure! As to the parking, it has always been set on the east side as thats where the stairs are for the main entry, most guests don't enter from the side door. The table and fire pit are there for you to use, it is for this unit. I do apologize for the confusion but appreciate you sharing that with me, we can never improve without awesome suggestions from our guests! Thanks so very much for choosing to be our guest, we feel so honored to have had you with us for a few day's! Always know that you are always welcome back at any time! Simplicity is best!

Loved how simple yet homey this place was. So close to so many things to do and places to see. This is a good spot for a small family to come back to after a long day of adventuring! Having the kitchen and BBQ was so helpful is we didn’t feel like eating out and the short walk to restaurants and the dog park were so convenient !!

Great Getaway

It was wonderful. Nothing like the smell of the ocean. Good location for accessing other places to enjoy.

Wonderful!

This tiny bit of awesome nestled in the harbor was just perfect! Morning walks to the beach, walking around the harbor. Tucked away from the rest of the world above it was an amazing experience and also everything the town has to offer is still within easy reach. I can't wait to come back again. Thank you!!!!

Fun location

Loved being in the harbor. The private dock is perfect for dozing, reading, and enjoying the boats coming in and out of the harbor. Gorgeous views from this vantage point! Dog friendly.

Glamping on the Noyo

We had a wonderful stay in the San Juan. It was clean and spacious for a tiny house! You can’t beat the location either. Walk to the beach, explore the harbor and enjoy the ocean air.

Great Location

Our tiny house was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the location in Noyo Harbor, so close to the dog beach! Great atmosphere here, and friendly people. Watching the Harbor activity was my husband’s highlight.

Unit was as described on the site. It would have been helpful to have kitchen linens in the unit.Also the fact that the drive and parking are gravel should be mentioned. Another thing is that many of the restaurants are closed Tuesday and Wednesday should be noted. The unit was comfortable and worked well for the three that visited. Nice visit overall.

Ill bring up the kitchen linens to the owner, great idea for sure! Always know that you are always welcome back at any time! Clean rental

Love the location. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Was disappointed as thought we were going to be on the water and there was no view.

Vacation at San Juan

We really enjoyed our stay at the San Juan. We love going to Fort Bragg and we're happy we stayed in this cute little house in the harbor. The home was very clean and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We loved the fact that we could walk to all of our favorite restaurants. It is very relaxing just watching the boats and wildlife. Thank you for a great experience!

WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!

This will be our go to place when we want to vacation on the Mendocino coast. the little hoese was clean and very cozy. It is in walking distance to the restaurants in Noyo Harbor and to the near by coastal walk. We loved the quaintness of this particular RV/little house area. We had a totally wonderful trip.
