Tidy apartment on beach

Great location. Pool amenities were fantastic. Kitchen on the small side if you were planning on cooking in it.

Always love coming to this property, the hallways were in need of cleaning though and rubbish left outside rooms was unnecessary. poolside was lovely and the staff always helpful and friendly. Will go again.

Fabulous pool, excellent location. Everything we needed.

This was a great family friendly property. The pool and gardens were amazing - my kids loved the slides. The apartment was just right for our young family to feel we could relax and make ourselves comfortable, and we loved that there were pool noodles, a boogie board and bucket and spade set provided also. Nice touch! Great location with restaurants at your door step and supermarket just a block away.

Great property Poor property management

Beautiful position unit well maintained and clean well priced was billed twice Property Management charged us twice as poor recordkeeping was eventually refunded and poor communication about if we could check in early And given several different stories

Hi Michael, Thank you for your feedback, Sorry you were charged twice, however the reason for this is because you gave us your CC details to take your deposit the money 7 days after booking the unit, however you ended up direct depositing the money when we already had payment scheduled. This is was caused the confusion. Our deposit details are only if you are not paying via card. In regards to check-in, we cannot approve this until 1 or 2 days prior to arrival, in case we get a last minute booking and need to arrange a cleaner for that morning of check-in, when a guest is checking-in the day someone is checking out, it puts to much pressure on the cleaner if we allow before 2pm. We hope you enjoyed your stay at Calypso Unit 417 and hope to see you again in the future. Kind Regards RBR Holidays

Great holiday

Awesome time with family and friends .. Great location. Room just needs a few things to make life easier, such as , a hair dryer , dryer wouldn't work properly and toilets need attending to as they wouldn't flush properly . Anyway , these a minor things that can be dealt with. Oh and also issue with tv!
