Vacation in the Foithills

We really enjoyed the location, friendliness and cleanliness of the unit. Close to many things to do mountain trails to hike, swimming pool and the view of the mountains is beautiful. . Convenient to restaurants, gas station, drugstore and groceries. Will definitely stay there again if available.

Great view and location

We enjoyed our stay and view of the mountains from our window was fantastic! Quiet area and Tucson has good streets to travel. Good heating system and we did not need to use AC. Modern appliances especially the washer and dryer. We locked ourselves out of the Condo but the property management responded quickly after hours to let us in. The bed in the master bedroom could use an improved upgraded mattress.

Overall I really enjoyed staying here. There are a few things that made this a 4 instead of a 5. Coffee and a coffee maker was provided but other standard items like oil, salt, and pepper were not provided, so you’ll have to get this yourself. There wasn’t a kitchen trash can (I later found it in a closet), but I had to improvise the whole trip prior to finding it. Some of the fixtures in the house such as the shower faucet handle in the master bath were very loose. Otherwise this was a really nice property and had maybe the best view in the complex. I really enjoyed the patio and the unit in general.

Good location. Poor condition

Unit needs updating. Dirty carpet and messy kitchen cabinets and drawers. Damaged blinds. Cloudy window obscured Mountain View. Windows difficult to open and provide no insulation from road noise. Noise from constant traffic spoiled time on balcony.

She did well because the view was phenomenal, decor perfect and Management at the ready to help with any request. I stayed 2 months and the neighbors plus the neighborhood were very welcoming. Would definitely stay again at same unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved staying in this beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath condo. I was traveling alone and felt very safe there. There was all the extras thought of. I got to wash my scrubs everyday with the use of the in unit washer and dryer. The kitchen had extra spices that I didn’t have to buy while I was there. Plenty of pots and pans for cooking. I would love to go back with my family to stay. I know my young boys would love it there with the pool and ease of access to hiking.
