The unit was neat. There was a bad smell in the kitchen cupboards and drawers. It is a very basic unit but it did the job. The beds were comfortable. It would have been nice if we could open the glass sliding door out to the front but it seems to be permanently closed. Great location, right across from the beach and walking distance to all the beautiful shops, cafes and restaurants.

Very comfortable and good location.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely vacation although the only complaint is the unit had a terrible musty smell.I had to leave doors windows open and bought some air freshener to help with damp smell.

Castaway,Unit 1

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is a great location but the Unit is not very well equipped. It needs updating and the kitchen needs restocking. With the lack of these necessities it makes for an uncomfortable stay for the asking price.

Disappointing

Very poor quality accomodation. You would find better in a two star roadside motel. Even worse staff at Nelson Bay Winning accomodation.
